My visit to the office exceeded my expectations! I had BBL Photofacial and Sculptra with Danielle and Hydrafacial with Beysith. I had great results and couldn’t be happier. Danielle and Beysith are the best! I really enjoyed my time with them. I highly recommend.
My husband and I have been been going to Dr. Bitar since 2010. I am a natural skeptic so it took me a while and time consuming research to decide on trusting Dr. Bitar for our needs. I am so glad that I did. I’ve never met a more pleasant physician. He and his staff have always made us feel like family. Some places make you feel so out of place, but not here. Last month I had a facelift, brow lift and lip lift. My husband and I are amazed at how little bruising I experienced. Of course there was swelling, but even the swelling went down quickly. My understanding is that this has to do with Dr. Bitar’s technique and the Vitamin IV Infusion Therapy administered the day after surgery by Tricia Mason, RNFA. Tricia is a lovely person and a wealth of information on health and wellness. After the Therapy I felt good, alert and energetic. I didn’t feel like someone who had just had a five hour surgery. As I write this review I’m amazed at how well I’ve been healing. I expected to have black and blue on my neck, chest, temples and lips that would last for weeks. There was just a little redness on my neck, some bruising on my lip and temples, but at my one month post surgery it was all gone. Swelling has gone down substantially and incisions have completely closed and are healing nicely. My husband and have trusted Dr. Bitar with all of our cosmetic needs and we are happy to say that he’s never disappointed us. Updated on 1 Nov 2024: These pics are showing before my facelift, brow lift and lip lift surgery. One month and two months from surgery. Note: no makeup at one month and minimal bruising. If you want a surgeon who knows what he’s doing and keeps up with the latest techniques call Dr. Bitar. His experience speaks for itself.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Bitar and his team. After years of injectables and facial treatments/lasers, I decided to take the jump and plan plastic surgery. I am one week post op from having Dr. Bitar perform a tummy tuck revision, Breast Aug, Brazilian Butt Lift and Lipo. I could not be happier with my results! I love the way he keeps the natural beauty of his patients. When I told all of my friends that I was getting a BBL and breast augmentation - they were nervous. But I promised I was getting a “skinny bbl” that looks natural and breasts that added volume and curves - that is exactly what my results are. Completely more confident with Dr. Bitar’s results! His team is amazing. From the front desk staff, patient care coordinator, surgery coordinator, nursing staff, and the OR team - everyone is welcoming, kind, communicative- and they never made me feel like I was asking too many questions and always addressed my concerns. I felt that I was in the best hands possible for my surgery. I would do it again in a heartbeat!
There are not enough words to say thank you to Dr Bitar his nurse Trish and all his surgical staff for making this very anxious patient feel very much at ease ,Dr Bitars work is beyond excellent ,the reason he is written up as the best of the best in so many articles
I've been coming to Dr. Bitar for over a decade! He's done filler in several areas of my face. I recommend him to everyone I know who needs a gifted surgeon for the body and face. Very kind, knowledgeable, and always learning more.
I have been a patient of Dr. Bitar since 2016, and I recommend him very highly. He performed upper & lower eyelid lift, rhinoplasty and injectables, which have amazingly erased at least 20 years off my face. Dr. Bitar has always provided me with trustworthy advice, and I am happy I listened to him as these procedures have produced excellent results.
I am in the process of a four cycle of Emscuplt-Neo treatments with the Bitar MedSpa and with Beysith Novella. It is early to see what the effects will be. My abdomen already feels tighter. Emsculpt is part of my two year journey of a surgery and treatment journey with Dr. George Bitar and the Bitar Med Spa after losing over 50 pounds. The consultation process with Beysith was thorough and caring. She worked with me to evaluate what treatments would work for my body and my needs. Beysith's attention and experience are top notch. Going to a med spa managed by a premier surgeon is definitely the way to go!
Dr Bitar is an amazing surgeon! I can’t say enough wonderful things about him and his staff! I came to him with ruptured, very old implants. He had to remove the old implants, remove the damaged breast tissue and completely rebuild my breasts. The results are better than I could have ever imagined. His fat grafting technique is beyond reproach! His medical staff was supportive before, during and after the procedure and made sure I was always at ease. I have a new level of confidence and never knew that my breasts could look and feel this amazing. My only regret is not finding Dr Bitar sooner.
My experience over the past two years has been excellent. The front staff is helpful and professional. Danielle has been performing botox and Crystal has been doing microneedling. My treatment is consistent and I am very happy with the results!
Menopause was unforgiving in certain areas of my body. I had gained weight in my lower back, hips, buttocks, and upper thighs even after much exercise. As a petite woman, all of this sudden, inexplicable weight gain was devastating. I met with Dr. Bitar to discuss a plan of attack. We agreed he would lipo the fat from the lower back and the buttocks and use some to resculpt the butt into a small, cute butt like I had prior to 2 children. We also agreed to lipo fat from the inner thighs and to pull the skin tight after ( a medial thigh lift) to get rid of the cottage cheese, lumpy look and create a smoother, youthful thigh. I am now one week our from surgery and pleased thus far. I still have an awful lot of swelling and puffiness so it's difficult to say how it looks so far. But from what I can determine thus far, it's going to look fabulous. It is a hard recovery procedure as there are staples and sutures in the groin and under the butt which are extremely uncomfortable and make it hard to sit. However, the staples were removed after a week and the sutures self dissolve and I'm starting to feel like I can handle the discomfort. All in all, I believe it was worth. Dr. Bitar and his team are extremely well trained and professional. I has no worries from start to finish. His PA, Lauren, I have to give a special shout out to to say that she can remove staples like no other....truly!! She was very gentle and careful not to cause any unnecessary pain. She is just a fabulous person in general and that coupled with her skills made it worth a special recognition. If you are going to have these delicate procedures performed, go to Dr Bitar. He will leave you with the model figure you desire, and his skilled team will be there to support you every step of the way.
Dear Reliable, Typically, the nasal skin shrinks down to take the shape of the nasal "skeleton" that is made from the bones and cartilage under the skin. You should not worry especially since a reputable surgeon told you that you will be fine.
There are a few reasons if the implants are in different positions after surgery. The most common is that you are still recovering. Based on your photographs, it is difficult to tell how far out from surgery you are. It may take 3-6 months for implants to settle into their final positions. If you are still early in your postoperative period, then I would give the implants more time to settle. The implants may be in different positions because of pre-existing asymmetries, such as one breast fold may have been higher than the other. It is difficult to tell if you had asymmetry based on the preoperative photo you provided. Finally, it can be related to capsular contracture. Be mindful that a capsule will always form around an implant. The question is whether the capsule is a creating a problem, such as changing the position of the implant, making the breast feel hard, or causing pain. It sounds like you are doing the correct things. I would recommend continued follow-up with your surgeon.
Choosing the implant size can be one of the hardest decisions with breast augmentation. Every plastic surgeon has their own method to pick the correct implant size with their patients. The choice of implant is determined by combining your goals for size and the appearance of the breasts with a detailed assessment of your height/weight, breast dimensions, and chest width. In our practice, we generally have patients bring photographs of the desired appearance of their breasts after augmentation. We also have them try on breast implants in the office. Bigger is not always better. There will be more thinning of the skin and soft tissues, making the implants more visible. The increased implant weight and thinning of the tissues may lead to loss of support with time, so the implants sag. Based on your ideal photos, the breasts are wide and stick out beyond the chest wall, and your arms may strike the implants with running or lifting things. I would recommend discussing your goals with your surgeon, so collectively as a team, you can determine the best implant size for you.
Burning/stinging sensations indicate that nerve irritation or damage is the cause. With any surgery, the nerves to the skin will be divided when making the incision. Generally, the skin nerves will recover and for most people, the discomfort will go away. Given your breast reduction was 8 years ago, the burning and stinging is more likely to be permanent. There are desensitization techniques and nerve medications that may help with the pain. I would recommend visiting a plastic surgeon for assessment.
The depressor septi nasi muscle can be treated nonsurgically with botulinum toxin injection to inactivate the muscle. The botulinum toxin will wear off in 3-4 months and will require repeated injections to maintain the effects. For a more permanent solution, the depressor septi nasi muscle can be cut from inside to mouth to avoid an external scar. This will undoubtedly weaken the muscle, but sometimes the ends of the muscle will still scar together, resulting in some motion still. I would recommend consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon to discuss the options.
