A: I feel that raising your brows as well as feminizing your nose and your cheeks will bring a great deal of attractiveness to your face. Increasing the volume of the cheeks can be done either with implants or fillers. Rhinoplasty will produce a nice scoop to our nose and rotate the tip for a more feminine look. Your forehead shape is perfect so I would not touch that,
A: A preoperative 3D CT scan will be necessary before embarking into this procedure. A small incision is made in front of the ear and then another one in the mouth. having and breaking the zygoma bone will bring it more inward. Small plates are used to keep the bone in place. Great care will be taken to make the reduction symmetrical. This is a great procedure that has been mainly developed in Korea and China.
A: I suspect that you intend reducing the area under your chin rather than the jaw itself. Losing weight would definitely help however you may also benefit from neck liposuction, neck lift and possibly a chin implant to help restore contour. An in-person consultation and follow-up would be a good idea
A: Thank you for your question! Facial feminzation has 2 parts to it: the feminization part proper and the rejuventation part. Both contribute to increasing the attractiveness of your face. Based on your photos I would recommend considering a forehead contouring, scalp advancement and browlift procedure along with lower blepahroplasty, cheek augmentation, rhinoplasty, facelift and neck lift. We perform these procedures in patients in their 70s routinely if medical clearance for the procedure is granted... Hope this helps!
