Would I Be a Good Candidate for Lip Augmentation And/or Rhinoplasty (photo)

I posted a similar question but included some before pics. All responses were referencing the before and not the after pics so I'm posting again omitting them. Had a rapid expansion and Lefort on my upper jaw, and a mandibular advancement to correct some jaw issues as well as a fat transfer to my upper lip. My nose and nostrils have widened significantly and my lips are uneven when I smile. In addition, my teeth barely show at rest. What are my options? These are my after pics. Thanks!

Previous Question

A: lip augmentation & rhinoplasty

I do think you are a good candidate for additional lip augmentation (looks like the fat partially resorbed resulting in slight asymmetry) to improve your symmetry, but this would likely decrease your dental show.  It appears that a rhinoplasty to narrow the base of the nose and decrease some bulbosity would give you a noce result as well.  That said, online photographs are not an adequate substitute for a physical exam in person so it is impossible to say for sure.  Good luck!

Can I Get This Result with a Lip Lift? If No, What Are the Other Possibilities ?

Hello there, Im getting a rhinoplasty soon which gonna make my upperlip more long and raise the tip. Thing is that, my smile is dropping and don't show enough teeth when I smile...I hate it ! Im affraid it's gonna get worth after the surgery. So my question is, how can I get this result (photo below) ? What are the options ? My upper lip is not thin and I feel it's cause it make it drops more...am I wrong ? Sorry, I look quite silly in the second picture... Thank you Luna

A: Lip Lift will help improve smile with improved upper teeth showing

If upper lip is limp or too long and covers , then upper lip lift will improve smile as well as aesthetics of mouth.

One down side is a scar at base of nose.  This scar can be very noticeable for 4-6 months after surgery.

So be prepared to deal with it by applying makeup. patience and no excuses for having the procedure done.

Cupid's Bow Surgery

Is There a Cupids Bow Surgery Preformed Like the One Done by Dr Orden on the Doctors Tv Program?

A: Cupid's bow surgery

I am not sure of the procedure you are referring to.  I have been performing a lip lift with gret patient satisfaction for years.  I do occasionally do a touch up, as the patient may want more lift or definition, but the scars are well hidden/accepted.
