After my initial consultation, I knew I had my heart set on this particular surgeon, and I’m so glad I made the decision to move forward with Dr.Yash. I am currently one month post op, (rhinoplasty) and the entire process has been such a breeze! I cannot recommend him enough, and only wish I found this place sooner! Dr. Yash, I am forever grateful for you and your amazing team. Thank you a million times over!
I scheduled consultations with three reputable plastic surgeons in the DFW area. Dr. Yash was my first consult, and I immediately felt at ease. After visiting the other surgeons, my decision was easy. Dr. Yash is not only incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, but also kind, compassionate, and truly invested in his patients’ well-being. The results of my procedure are absolutely terrific. I felt heard, understood, and never rushed throughout the process. The staff was equally amazing: professional, friendly, and always ready to answer any questions. I cannot recommend Dr. Yash highly enough! If you’re looking for a plastic surgeon who combines expertise and genuine care, Dr. Yash is the one!
After doing my own research on finding a plastic surgeon in Dallas I came across Dr Yash. These days a board certified plastic surgeon will have many testimonials and reviews, it shouldn’t be hard to find, and then you take a leap of faith. Here I am almost 2mos post-op and I can confidently say that I am very pleased with his work. I gave him my vision and he made it come true. It’s a Cinderella moment, but I don’t have to turn back at midnight. Of course the only regret I have is waiting so long to do it. I’m reviewing Dr. Yash as a board certified plastic surgeon for having a steady hand and his knowledge on the newest and modern, innovative approach on cosmetic surgery.
Dr. Yash exceeded my expectations in every way. After finding him through a Google search and hearing glowing recommendations from others, I scheduled a consultation—and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I met him, I knew he was the right surgeon for me and canceled all my other consultations. The entire process, from consultation to surgery and recovery, was seamless. Dr. Yash and his team were professional, kind, and always available to answer my questions. I felt completely at ease knowing I was in such capable hands. Dr. Yash is truly an artist — my results are exactly what I hoped for, and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Dr. Yash to anyone considering rhinoplasty!
I am coming up on my 1 year anniversary of my breast revision surgery with Dr. Yash, and I could not be more happy with my results! I had several consults with other plastic surgeons before his but was on the fence with them and just unable to pull the trigger. A friend referred me to Dr. Yash, and I’m so grateful I scheduled one more consult with him. He was very professional and explained the surgical procedure so well and answered any questions I had. He made me feel very comfortable with him right away and I just knew he was my surgeon! A year later and I still love my results. Absolutely no regrets! Dr. Yash’s staff is also very helpful and friendly. Taylor made scheduling the surgery very easy. I would have no problem using Dr. Yash again for any future cosmetic surgery needs. Thank you again Dr. Yash!
I had an incredible experience with Dr. Yash and his team. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Yash has a wonderful bedside manner—he took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt confident about the procedure. I had an under-eye fat graft, and the results are amazing! The recovery process was smooth, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Dr. Yash is truly a master of his craft. Highly recommend!
The search: I searched for surgeons all across the U.S. for over a year and had multiple consultations. I’m happy with my decision to go with Dr. Yash. The consultation: A few days before my consultation with Dr. Yash, I met with another surgeon who recommended additional surgeries (brow lift, fillers, lip lift) to “compliment” the rhinoplasty. I considered these add ons and spoke to Dr. Yash about them. He kindly took the time to listen and ultimately advised against the extras. He said it’s best to take things slow, especially at my age (24). (He was not concerned with the money he was losing by advising against them.) His honest, thoughtful advice shifted my perspective. I took a few days and realized that I did not want those additional surgeries and I am very grateful for his honest opinion. Day of surgery: The day of my surgery was smooth sailing. Some highlights included a kind staff, clean hospital and being given a warm blanket and a personal heater while I waited. (I’m always cold so I loved that detail!) What I’d do differently: My experience was great but these are the things I would’ve changed if I had to do it all over again: Clothing- First, I’d bring loose sweatpants to dress in after the surgery. I chose to wear leggings that were a bit tight and difficult to put on after. I also recommend bringing a warm loose jacket, with a zipper, so nothing has to go over your head. Hydration- During the healing process I’d hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! From pedialyte, Powerade, orange juice and water. I did not push enough liquids with the medication I was taking and it caused A LOT of problems. Monitor bowel movements- I’d also monitor my bowel movements and ask about taking a probiotic. If you haven’t had a bowel movement make sure you’re hydrating, taking walks and let Dr. Yash know. This can prevent a huge medical bill from the hospital. Medications- Spread out your medication!!!! By a few hours. This will save you from having a huge hospital bill!!! Things I’m glad I did: * Stopped taking the pain meds as soon the pain is manageable. I stopped after a few days. * Had someone take care of me during recovery. It took me about 1 week to feel better. * Took time to relax and reviewed the directions several times to make sure i was following all advice/post op instructions. * Trusted the process. My nose looked so swollen and went through lots of changes. I am 3ish month post op and love the results. But the first 1-2 months was rough. Trust the process. Final thoughts: My rhinoplasty changed my entire face but my favorite part is it still looks natural. No one can tell I had a rhinoplasty unless they are my close friends/family members who see me often. If you’re considering Dr. Yash as your doctor my advice is to do it. (:
I recently underwent rhinoplasty and chin augmentation performed by Dr. Yash, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From the initial consultation to the final follow-up, Dr. Yash and the entire staff were incredibly professional, attentive, and supportive throughout the entire process. Dr. Yash took the time to listen to my goals, provided thoughtful recommendations, and explained every step in detail, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed. The surgery itself went smoothly, and the recovery was much easier than I anticipated, thanks to the clear post-op instructions and regular check-ins. The results have exceeded my expectations. The rhinoplasty gave my nose a more refined and harmonious appearance without changing my overall look, while the chin augmentation balanced my profile perfectly. The subtle yet transformative changes have boosted my confidence tremendously, and I couldn’t be happier. If you’re considering cosmetic surgery, I highly recommend Dr. Yash. The precision, skill, and care provided made all the difference.
At first I was hesitant to make an appointment as I thought that I didn't need the surgery to get rid of my loose skin but I can speak with confidence now that it was a really good investment. I will never stop thanking Dr Yash. His amazing talent will now allow me to enjoy the body that I worked so hard to get.
Dr. Yash is a very meticulous and talented surgeon. I initially had a tummy tuck with muscle repair 10 years ago after having triplets, and was not overly happy with my results. I have always been small framed 5’4, 120 lbs but no matter how much I exercised and maintained a healthy diet, I couldn’t get rid of the excess weight/skin on my flanks. Also, I had bulging on my lower abdomen due to the muscle repair becoming lax over the years. Dr. Yash was sure to address my concerns and performed an extended tummy tuck with muscle and hernia repair, as well as lipo. I trusted his judgement on adding galaflex mesh to fully support my abdominal wall and I am extremely happy with my results! I am just over 2 months post op and despite the normal swelling after this procedure, my core feels stronger and my abdomen is flat! I 100% recommend choosing Dr. Yash as your surgeon as he is talented in all areas of plastic surgery. Thank you again Dr. Yash, and thank you Taylor and Tara for taking good care of me!
Based on your pictures, this does appear to be a retracted columella. You're right, this can be fixed with the closed approach and is a much more minor procedure than the full open rhinoplasty. I would suggest that you're evaluated first either in person or through a virtual consultation. This can be corrected at 6-9 months after surgery.
Acne scars are a tough problem to treat. In most cases these are scars that are deep, deeper than the skin surface that extend into the level of the deep dermis. This is important to understand because superficial treatments such as microneedling or peels would get deep enough to correct the problem. An aggressive ablative resurfacing (laser resurfacing) with facial fat grafting is a powerful combination treatment to correct acne scarring. In select cases of acne ice-pick scars, they may need to be excised and closed at the same time of laser / fat grafting.
The skin is an important part of rhinoplasty. Everyone has different types of skin. Typically people with fatter noses tend to have more oil glands / thicker skin at the tip. When debulking, the patient may swell post-operatively and develop unwanted scarring. Over production of oil from the nasal tip after debulking can also cause clogging of the pores, more inflammation, and thus worsening of your swelling. There are a couple of noninvasive options you can consider to help reduce the oil production, thickness of the skin. If it's been more than a year and you still have swelling you may require a revision operation to remove the scar tissue.
Revision rhinoplasty should occur only after 1 year. This will allow maximal reduction in swelling and allow the prior surgery anatomy to settle. Scar tissue may develop and cause further changes which is why 1 year is recommended. If you're experiencing breathing difficulty / airflow obstruction, this is a strong reason to seek a second opinion for another revision surgery. During the evaluation, the surgeon should examine both internal / externally to determine the anatomic areas of obstruction to be corrected.
Nostril shape is dependant on a few different anatomic areas. The bottom (caudal) septum can be off midline which often causes one nostril to be larger than another. The other factor to consider is the midface bone (piriform) can be deficient on one side than another causing the overall base of the nose to be different from one side to another. A majority of these variables are correcting during an open rhinoplasty. In your case, you have a small amount of caudal septum deviation along with your right piriform more deficient than the right.
