Doctor Cain – is kind and humble. He was very thorough in explaining my procedure plan, recovery, and results. He is very easy to talk to and very down to earth which I found endearing. Staff – I’ve engaged with most or all his staff. They are very professional, nice, and responsive. They reflect Dr. Cain demeanor. They are a great team. Office – Is pristine, modern, and comfortable. For all my visits it was always streamline. I never waited long for anything. I was in and out and really appreciated that the staff was considerate of my time. Procedure – I had a facelift in April 2024. I cannot even tell where my scars are, and he just lifted my sliding face back up. I look like myself but BETTER and this is exactly what I wanted. Healing – Healing time and pain were minimal for me. I had no issues or complications. Results - I cannot be happier with my results. He did such a fantastic job! I had zero complications, concerns or any expectations that were not met. Experience – this was positive! This is because of the choice I made to work with Dr. Cain and his staff. I did vet a few other prominent Dallas area doctors and was disappointed with those experiences.
I had a deep plane facelift, blepharoplasty and co2 laser under eyes, and upper lip at 66. I am more than happy with my results one year later. Dr. Cain is highly skilled, my earlobes are perfect, (something in my research I learned to watch for), neck and face are nicely lifted and natural, it took 10 years off. He continuously follows up post surgery for the entire year to make sure you have no concerns as surgery settles. I also tend to be anxious re surgery and his staff is impeccable, I felt entirely safe and comfortable, surgery was a breeze and aftercare was wonderful.
Dr.Cain was absolutely amazing! He made my experience so great. Although I was super nervous to have this procedure done, he and his wonderful staff put me at ease and made me feel so comfortable. I am absolutely thrilled with my results, and would recommend Dr.Cain to anyone who is thinking of getting a rhinoplasty.
I had been considering under-eye fillers but was extremely nervous not having had any previous cosmetic procedures. I did a lot of research and had many questions. After months of consideration, I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Cain. He and his staff were amazing from the beginning. Dr. Cain answered all of my questions and listened to my concern (about ending up with too much filler and looking unnatural). We decided to start off with one syringe for both eyes and when I saw the results immediately after, I was blown away! There was no bruising and very little swelling that lasted two to three days. I scheduled another appointment to discuss whether I needed a tad bit more. We decided to do another syringe and I am happy to say that I once again am extremely happy with the results.
Dr Cain is amazing! He listened to what I wanted and expected and advised me on how to achieve my goals. I searched his website for reviews and decided to give him a try. I wanted some under eye filler to make me look refreshed. He advised one single syringe of product to start. I waited for about 6 weeks before returning to have a bit more filler and I could not be happier with the results. The results are stunning. No one has noticed that I had filler, but people have commented that I look more rested...exactly what I wanted! I will definitely follow up with him in a couple of years to have the filler touched up. Sorry to say that I do not have before and after photos to share, but I highly recommend Dr Cain!
Dr. Cain did upper and lower eyelid and brow lift. I am so pleased with the results and it has only been two weeks. The nurse was so nice as well as everyone else there. Very professional and caring. Dr Cain did a fabulous job. He was so caring, he called me to check on me after the procedure. I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Cain.
Dr. Cain and the team at Texas Facial Aesthetics are AWESOME! All of the staff were super friendly, and there was no wait. They explained everything to me about my options and the procedure I chose, and the results exceeded my expectations. Dr. Cain is really good at what he does—a true artist.
Wonderful experience!! And loving my results!! Dr.Jordan Cain was a wonderful surgeon, and the staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, non-surgery, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose Facial Aesthetics and would highly recommend to anyone.
Dr. Cain was so kind and welcoming and his staff was knowledgeable and caring. He walked me through the entire process and executed everything perfectly. His work is outstanding and amazing! Highly recommend him for non-surgical nose jobs. I could not be happier with the results.
We live in the age of the selfie and I was looking to increase my confidence with a simple procedure. After visiting other doctors I met with Dr. Cain and my decision was clear. Dr. Cain is honest, kind and informative. He and his staff made me feel understood, heard, very comfortable and safe. They are all so amazing and friendly. The facility is gorgeous and my procedure took place in house which is SO convenient. I've recommended them to many friends and family. My confidence is booming and I've never looked better!! I'm so grateful for this wonderful experience.
Restrictions after face and neck lift are most important in the first few days and weeks after surgery. During that time, tissues and incisions are still healing and are more delicate. Typically, I don't have patients start to massage anything until at least 4-6 weeks after surgery if any massage is indicated, and massage should always be gentle and performed in the appropriate way. Early and aggressive massage could conceivably cause an incision to open or a suture to break, and this may be what your surgeon was referring to regarding "massaging away your facelift." Increasing your heart rate or blood pressure significantly with exercise such as HIIT workouts in those early days can also increase swelling or even cause blood vessels in the area of surgery that are still healing to rupture and cause bleeding underneath the skin. I have patients wait for 2 weeks before restarting any exercise, and I tell them to slowly work back up to their previous activity levels over a period of 1-2 weeks. At 6 weeks after surgery, most tissues will have healed with enough strength that restrictions should be minimal. In the long term, a facelift that was done appropriately by repositioning the correct tissue layers with the right technique should not be affected by sleeping position, running, jumping, plyometrics, or any other form of exercise. Each patient heals at a different rate, and it is important to always follow up with your surgeon regularly in the postop period for advice specific to your case. Hope that helps!
Swelling following open rhinoplasty is very common for the first several months after surgery, and it is not uncommon for this swelling to fluctuate in severity. However, it is always best to address any concerns you have after surgery with your surgeon so that they can ensure the healing process is proceeding as expected. Best wishes,
The cost for earlobe repair can vary widely based on your location, and also may depend on the complexity of the repair. In general, a simple repair will cost between $400-600 per ear, and the cost per ear is often slightly less if both ears are repaired at the same time. This is a quick procedure that is usually done in the office under local anesthesia. There are subtle nuances to obtaining the best cosmetic result, so make sure to consult with a surgeon who has extensive experience in this procedure. Best wishes,
While the hole in the earlobe will shrink somewhat once the gauge earring is removed, this is unlikely to shrink back to the degree that it will let you wear a normal earring, and certainly would be unlikely to close completely. Once the earlobe has been stretched and the gauge has been removed, the only way to adequately achieve a cosmetically acceptable result is with earlobe reduction surgery. Fortunately, this is a quick and relatively inexpensive procedure that can be performed in the office under local anesthesia. Best wishes,
Buccal fat pad reduction can be an option to consider in carefully selected patients with prominent lower cheek fullness, or what some refer to as "chipmunk cheeks." It is difficult to be certain from your photo, but it does not look like you would be the ideal candidate for this procedure. In a young patient such as yourself, removing buccal fat can cause you to look prematurely aged as you get older and the remaining facial fat that you have shrinks and descends, as it does for everyone as the natural aging process progresses. Liposuction can be a great procedure to remove fat from the jowls and under the chin, but again this is likely not the procedure that would give you the facial definition and inverted triangle appearance that many find desirable. Instead, I would consider augmentation of the upper cheeks with fillers or implants, and possibly Botox to the masseter muscles that overlie the jaw in order to slim the lower portion of the face without permanently removing fat from an area that is essentially impossible to replace. Best wishes,
