I'm 4'11" and weigh about 110lbs. I am considering getting a tummy tuck due to stretch marks and loose skin after two kids. I would also like to get a Brazilian butt lift, with lipo to flanks and back. I am looking for a rounder and fuller, perkier butt. I'm not sure if I have enough fat for good results.
Based on your photos, I believe that you have an adequate amount fat for a Brazilian butt lift. Depending on your individual goals, I would graft from 300cc to 1000cc per side.
Im looking to get a Brazilian Butt lift by a dr that will be using selphyl. I have to return to work after 7 days, sitting 6hrs a day. I was told that the addition of selphyl will help my fat cells survive. Is this correct? Thank you for your time!
I have used platelet rich Plasma derivatives in the past and have not seen enough benefit from their use to justify the extra expense. In any case, they will not provide any extra volume to your graft. If the graft is properly handled, then graft survival should not be a problem, with or without Selphyl.
First of all I just want to say thank you to all the doctor that has been answering all my question, it helps a lot. I heard that after Brazilian butt lift and I gain weigh, I will most likely to gain at my butt since there is more fat there and that fat will enlarge if I gain. You see, if I gain weight now it only go to my stomach, never to my thigh or butt. So, if I do get Brazilian butt lift by using the fat from my stomach, back will that fat behave like it use to? Will I only gain in my butt
A brazilian butt lift is done to change the shape and contour of your butt. Once healed, the change in shape and contour will be permanent. Minor changes in body weight will affect your overall size, but the enhanced contour of your butt will change to the same degree as every other party of your body, thus preserving the new shape.
