First thing Dr. Mark Preston cost was 4,000 cheaper than where I was going before. Secondly he is a phenomenal man..knows his business and is very professional and honest. He and his TEAM took excellent care of me during my prep and post. I am HIGHLY RECOMMENDING HIM TO ALL MY FRIENDS.

Dr. Preston performed a tummy tuck and liposuction on me early this past spring (2016). I am so very pleased with the results and truly believe that Dr. Preston is an artist, with years of experience and a vast knowledge of the human body. I am a petite woman, but no matter how much I exercised and dieted I could never get rid of my "baby pooch". Thanks to Dr. Preston, I now have a flat stomach and a beautiful waistline. I could not be happier.
Dr. Preston is very professional and discusses all the pros and cons and takes the time to answer any questions you may have.
Deciding to alter your body is a huge decision, don't pick a place that seems like a "bargain". Go with a professional, Dr. Preston is the best.

Dr Mark Preston is an artist!!! Before coming to Dr Preston I had breast implants over the muscle for two weeks and had them quickly removed. The implants were 650ccs each. I am a bodybuilder and did not like the way over the muscle implants looked on me because they were too big and fake looking. I then began to research my options. I remembered hearing about a procedure called fat transfer to the breast. I wanted a breast augmentation that would not look fake or get in the way of my bodybuilding. Fat transfer to the breast is a perfect way to increase one cup size or one cup size and a half without an implant. I found Dr Preston through realself reviews and I am extremely grateful that I did. I am very thrilled with the outcome. I had my abdomen and flanks liposuctioned and placed into my breast. 1.5 liters of fat was taken and 300ccs were placed into each breast . Dr Preston molded my physique into an hourglass shape! His work is phenomenal!! He is very honest and explains each option before the procedure. He listens and cares about his patients. I highly recommend Dr Mark Preston.

After losing more than 100 pounds as a teenager (was 225 at my heaviest, now 115), I was left with a lot of loose skin on my abdomen. I waited ten years to have this done, I couldn't be happier that I finally did! I was extremely nervous about the surgery, being a very active person (I work out daily) with a full time job. I'm still in the healing process (not doing my 10 mile runs yet!) but loving my tummy more everyday. I was back to work 12 days after surgery, and was able to work from home about 4 days after. For everyone out there that has put in the hard work with diet and exercise to lose the weight and is considering this, I think it’s absolutely worth it (and I agonized over having it done for years).

I'm posting this two months post op. If anyone has questions feel free to message me! I'm definitely not ready for ab exercises yet but most activity is feeling pretty normal. I'm still swelling a LOT especially at the end of the day, though at my 6 week surgeon said this is totally normal (especially because I am active). Still wearing light support (spanx), I just feel more comfortable. Lower abdomen still pretty numb.

I definitely went through some emotional stages in this healing process post surgery which is normal I guess. All in all, so happy with the progress :) will post an update at 3 months! Sending encouragement to everyone out there, this website helped me when I was worried early on (yes, I was SO swollen and black and blue and there was a ton of pleating at the incision). It does go away :)

Dr. Preston has done my breast reconstruction after bilateral mastectomy. He has great attention to detail and strives for as close to perfection as possible. The scars have been minimal. Had recent fat transfer to soften the look from implants and it has made a big difference in feeling and look. I'm very happy with the results and would recommend him to any woman who needs breast reconstruction.

I have been saving for years to have this done. Finally was able to a few days ago. I would work out 5x a week with minimal results. I had lipo on my abs, hips, thighs. Although very tender, I still can move around easily. Leading up to the big day, Dr.Preston and his staff were nothing but professional, caring, and supportive.

I had heard of fat transfers to face and other parts of your body but had read some bad reviews and wasn't sure about trying it. As time goes on your face will just keep getting better and no one will know what you did, only you just look younger. I wish I knew about this procedure before I did, I would have done it long ago. I am 71 and look no older than 50 - You just need a good doctor and Dr. Preston fits that completely.

My family is blessed with beautiful, well endowed women, all except me. For years I was told that "my boobies would come when I have childeren" That didn't happen for me. I had spent my youth wishing and stuffing and praying for things to change. As I aged, I traded tissues for "falsies" Always concerned that one would fall out, much too much worry had been placed on looking "normal". At 44 I decided that I had waited long enough and finally did something about my body issues. I visited the doctor armed with all my questions about procedures and options and lists of things that I felt needed to change. On my first visit my questions were answered professionally and empathetically. My options were layed out (litterally) on the table and I could see and feel the difference in my choices. Pros and cons to each option were given in detail and I was encouraged to take my time and make my own decision on which direction to go. The surgery went smoothly and when I woke up, I finally finally had the cleavage I was meant for. My recovery down time was minimal, was back to work in an office in a week with very minimal discomfort. For me, the pain was similar to pulling a muscle or trying to lift something too heavy for me. The resullt of the surgery was going from a small B to a very nice full round C or small D, very suitable to my frame and build. I didnt want to draw attention to myself, just to feel confident in a swimsuit or have my clothes fit properly. I am very very satisfied with the results of the surgery, the knowledge and care from my doctor and would highly recommend him to anyone considering this surgery.

I went for a mommy makeover and got a breast lift and reduction, full tt, and lipo of the flanks, abs and thighs. The pain was bad but I would do this 10x again. The dr was amazing and confident. I got my confidence back and look like I did before my pregnancies...But better!!! The first 3 days are hard but then it gets easier and I can't believe the results!!!I was so scared cuz I have 2 babies and was worried about them, but I needed to do this. So glad I did this for myself. I went from looking like a 80 year old woman to a 30 year old again.He did this with the no drain method and I was really comfortable post op.

List Pros & Cons, Advice you can offer others

 

Had my surgery 4-4-12 I turn 50 this summer and like the way I look(ed) but felt I looked a bit tired. My Dr suggested he could make me look better than I already did with fat grafting . The days after my surgery my face was like a pumpkin a and my lips were enormous . I had lots of bruising under my eyes and around mouth . A week later, I still looked like a character drawling at an amusement park with some bruises. I'm almost at my second week, my cheeks are very chubby and even though i did not have injections in my my lips, they still feel huge . I put makeup on and went to grocery. I felt subconscious in this small town and of course had someone ask me why my face was swollen. I blamed it on another surgery I also had at the same time that did not "sound cosmetic" . I hope the swelling and puffiness subsides soon, I don't want to look like I had surgery done , I just want to look a bit better than I did. I will update after my two week period.

Crazy but the day after my two week period i woke up and felt like there was a huge difference. My bruising was gone except one small spot under eye that was easily covered up with concealer . My cheeks were still a bit like you wanted to pinch them but I felt like I was healing much faster now . Yesterday was my post 3 week mark , it looks better everyday . I do have to say its different having fuller cute cheekbones and am now "owning it" with confidence . I have not compared before and after pics yet but plan to at the four week mark , I also may consider to email or post pics , Update again at 4 weeks .

So much for my two week update . updating It now has been 8 months since the surgery . I have never been happier with the way that I look. Thank Goodness at 50, I can say that I am very happy with my inner self and just as happy with my outer self . Thanks to genes and Dr. Preston . I do not think my face kept "all" the plumpness or maybe I have got used to it but I'm very pleased with the way it looks. I did not mention in my first post that I also had fat put in my buttocks . Every bit of that plumpness has stayed and is AMAZING!!!!!!

Wow, I can not believe it was 3 1/2 years that I decided to have the fat graph done to my face and butt. Anyhow I feel 3 1/2 years later that I could use some more around my mouth /lip area. But my butt is pretty darn perfect . I always hear women friends say how much they hate their sagging butt and say I am blessed that mine has not . Heehee . I never public share my story . I like that everyone thinks it's natural . I would only talk about it privately if someone sincerely said they were looking into it .
