Amazing experience, very honest about what he would do, handled through insurance. Easy recovery. His team is very nice and available. 10/10 recommend!! I had a breast reduction from DD to B. Has offices in Columbus and Lancaster. I did not need to have drains, I don’t think he uses them unless absolutely needed.

I've always had great experiences with Dr. Lichten and his team at Central Ohio Plastic Surgery. I've been a patient over 10 years and can't speak highly enough of the treatment and outcomes I've experienced using this practice. I highly recommend Dr. Lichten.

I am absolutely thrilled with my Mommy Make over! In June 2023 I had a tummy tuck, breast augmentation and liposuction on my flanks. I couldn't be more pleased, every thing from my first consultation to my last check up has went smoothly. Dr. Lichten and his staff are wonderful and I will definitely be a repeat customer!!! Today was surgery day!
I went in at 6am, surgery at 7:30am, and home a little after 10am. It was all quick and efficient and I felt like I was in good hands. Honestly, I didn't really feel nervous going into surgery at all...just felt ready to get the procedure done!!

•5'7"
•140-145lbs.
•Started as 34A-B
•Implants Sientra 415cc moderate plus

I'm about 5 hour post-op now. Feeling pretty good...but I obviously still have anesthesia in me and I'm alternating Tylenol and Ibuprofen. I have oxycodone for break-through pain if I need it. I just feel like others have described- like I did a really heavy chest.

I really struggled with the size selected by my doctor...I really wanted a nice natural look and nothing comically large or obviously fake. But I figured, he knows what he's doing and it better qualified to make the right selection for my body than I am. So, I left it up to him and he used the 415cc. As far as I can tell in the surgical bra right now, I think it was the right choice.
I did get a little nauseous on the way home from the surgery center which I've never done...but I chalk it up to taking medications and anesthesia on an empty stomach.
I'll add some picture when I can...but so far do good.
I anticipate I'll be much more sore tomorrow.

Post-Op Day 1 - I felt decent most of the day. The swelling really started to spread up toward my collarbones and by that evening I was feeling more uncomfortable and started to feel a little burning sensation in my incisions. I have been taking tylenol and ibuprofen around the clock and leaving the oxycodone for bedtime so I can sleep.
Post-Op Day 2 - Woke up feeling a little better, less pain from the swelling, but still very swollen. I'm more acutely aware of the incision sites and have some gauze padding covering those areas so the surgical bra doesn't rub them. Its the first day I was able to take a shower and really open up the bra and see what I was working with. Right now, the cleavage isn't as pronounced as it will be because of the swelling across my sternum. The implants are obviously still sitting high on my chest and my skin is very taught. There has been no draining or bleeding coming from my incision sites at all. I plan on using silicone sheeting and gel once they heal up to reduce the visibility of the scars.

Otherwise, so far so good. Discomfort is not as bad as I anticipated, and I can't wait to see how they will turn out when they finally drop and fluff!

Dr Lichten was great. He was so helpful and honest in the consult process. I am so happy with the results. He gave me exactly what I wanted and kept me informed through the whole process of what to expect and how to manage afterwards.

My experience with Dr. Lichten and his staff was excellent!!! Let me take time to brag about his care and concern for his patients. Before going to my consultation with Dr. Lichten, I went to several other surgeons for consults. When I arrived at Dr. Lichten's office, I was immediately greeted and my wait time was not even five minutes before being taken to a room. 

For the initial consultation Dr. Lichten and Nurse Jill were present. Both of them of phenomenal! My questions were answered thoroughly and beyond. Not once did I feel nervous or uneasy during the consultation. I was a smoker, not heavy. By the time I left Dr. Lichten's office from his explanation of the mental aspect of why individuals smoke and how to stop I was firm in my commitment to stop. I was able to completely stop within 2 weeks. 

I ultimately chose Dr. Lichten because I was so at ease with him and his staff, their professionalism is amazing, communication is excellent, he is very personable and because of the extra time he spent talking to me about smoking. All other doctor's I have ever had even for routine care just say stop smoking, it's unhealthy and the usual speech. I knew then that Dr. Lichten was cared for people as a whole not just a patient. 

I have had two procedures with him. One a TT, after weight fluctuations left me unhappy how my stomach looked. The other removal of a lipoma in my arm. 

I am extremely satisfied with my TT results! The hospital he performs procedures at I absolutely loved! Again I was so at ease, not worried or nervous at all going into the procedure. My pain was very minimal. By day 3 I could barely feel any pain, except when laughing. By day 7 I was driving. I did not use any pain medication at all besides Tylenol twice the entire healing process. That was day one and two. I felt so good that going to my follow up appointment I asked if I could exercise yet. Of course not! I received a firm no not happening from Dr. Lichten and Nurse Jill (smiles). I followed my care directions entirely and had no issues with healing at all. 

My second procedure went great. I did not have any pain with the lipoma being removed from my arm. That also healed great. I am undoubtedly grateful I chose Dr. Lichten!

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. I’m about 10 days out and my breasts are healing beautifully and I am so confident and happy with my results so far. The staff is friendly and so accommodating. I went in for a consultation and told him I wanted him to make me look full, natural but better is always my goal. I had 605cc silicone implants placed with a left side mastopexy. Dr. Lichten is beyond skilled and I’m looking so forward to the final results!

Dr. Lichten, Jason and his team are very caring and helpful team. I got a breast reduction in 2020. I do feel the difference my back does not hurt anymore. I would definitely recommend Dr. Lichten and his team.

Wonderful experience. I could not be happier with the results or the care I received. I wish I would have done it years ago. They made me feel safe and comfortable with my choice and was with me every step of the way to answer any questions.

My experience was great, Dr. Lichten repaired my torn ear, he was very nice and made the process smooth. My ear has healed so perfect and you can’t even tell it was sewn up, I have got my ear pierced again and can where hoops again!! 

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they charge $100 consult fee for a quick 5 min consult and it didn’t go towards my surgery! But I highly recommend from my results.
