Dr. Silverman injected me with Botox, Radiesse and Restylane and I am very displeased with the quality of his work. I am now black and blue for weeks with little, if any, results. My bruising is awful. Dr. Silverman is a very uncaring and unprofessional M.D. He had made horrible comments to me and I had a friend in the room with me that can attest to that fact.
Let me add that Dr.... more
This was my first injection procedure and I was very nervous, to a point I almost passed out every time doctor stuck a needle. I had two Radiesse injections each with a touchup. The doctor and Donna were great in making me feel comfortable and making sure I receive the results I wanted. I'm very happy with my results; and special thank you to Donna for giving me the advice on taking Arnica... more
I had Radiesse injected under my eyes by my Doctor and ended up with a broken blood vessel. It is very painful and noticeable. It looks like a big lump on face. I complained to my doctor but he did nothing about it. He said it would go away on its own..Well, it has been over two years and I am still in pain. My face is ruined thanks to Radiesse and this Doctor. I was told Radiesse is a... more
With the right MD - I went in for my reg juvederm and Botox and Dr. Lee suggested radiesse in my cheeks instead of the juvederm - I gave it a try. 4 hours later, some swelling but I look 5 years younger. Amazing and worth every penny. Cost below also includes Botox - completely lifted my hollowed out face from age and weight loss, and was less painful than juvederm more
I had 1 1/2 syringes of Radiesse put in my cheeks about 24 hours ago. I'm kinda freaking out because i look like a chipmunk and as of right now I'm totally regretting this.
I called my Doctor in a panic and she said it's only swelling and it will go down. I'm hoping she's right and I'm not just over filled. I have large bumps on both sides of my nose where she did... more
I had heard of Radiesse and had been treated already by Dr. B with Botox several times. Loved that but thought since he did such a good job, going to Radiesse would fill out my cheeks and around my mouth.
At 55, you really start loosing the fat around those areas. He is knowledgable, gentle, concerned during the procedure about any discomfort and where to put Radiesse so would make a... more
Had this done yesterday and I have to say the shots were somewhat painful, at least a lot more than I expected. My chin is really stiff right now, and it sort of made my mouth look weird, almost like I have false teeth where your mouth looks small and sunken. I do not like it and I would not do this again. I guess I have 1 year of looking like this before this stuff fades.
Glad to report that... more
I had Radiesse injected into the dimple/crease in my chin. About 2 mo later, I noticed what appeared to be a growth in my mouth, behind my lip. I went to the dentist and was then sent to an oral surgeon for a biopsy/stitches etc. They thought it looked like sweat glands but wanted to be sure. Biopsy came back and turns out it was foreign material (radiesse) that had leaked into my mouth.I... more
Help! I had radiesse for marionette lines 9 months ago at 54. My chin was flawless. All puffed up. Then I had ablative laser resurfacing 3 months later which immediately melted the radiesse and it was like deflating a balloon. There were new lines I didn't think I had on my chin.5 months after laser resurfacing I had 3 injections of radiesse and 1 injection of restalane into the marionette and... more
I received radiesse injections in my cheeks yesterday and it was totally worth it! I have cheekbones now! The effect is subtle and I think totally natural. I'm fair-skinned and I had no bruising and very little swelling.
As the good doctor said, it's all in the technique. He did an advanced technique where he threaded the radiesse deep into my skin by going through my mouth and then... more
After doing some research on Radiesse, and upon the recommendation of the facility to fill in the cheeks, etc., I decided to go for it. After reading all of these posts, it became quite evident that it was important to choose the correct MD. Then, prior to the procedure stop all ASA, Omega 3's (fish oil) and Vit. E. At the visit, I had some sort of numbing gel applied to my... more
This is only Day 2 however I do think this is going to look good once swelling and bruising are gone. At this point, general swelling stiff feeling around mouth, 3 small bruises at injection site, red line on one side.
Had NL & Marionette lines treated. Lately I felt the Marionette lines made me look like I was frowning ALL the time. It was really bothering me. Chose Radiesse for longer... more
I have had Radiesse injected into my N/L folds, the prejowl sulcus, and the cheek area, with phenomenal results. I did bruise rather extensively in the cheek area, with very minor bruising in the N/L, marionette lines and prejowl areas. Painful? Yes, but I don't like the anesthetic so I do it and Restelayne in the lips without, only hurts for a minute, and for me, it's better than having... more
