I had a simultaneous facial feminization surgery with Dr. Spiegel and breast augmentation with Dr. Shektman at the Spiegel Center a little over a month ago. And honestly, to say that I'm happier would be an understatement - these surgeries have done a complete 180 on my self-image and mental health and I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome! For the first time in my life since I remember being conscious, I'm able to look in the mirror, smile, and truly love what I see! I'm finally looking forward to the next chapter of my life, where I can live the life I should have always had in the body that I should have always had. Not only are the results amazing, but the whole process was so smooth and simple, from initially scheduling a consultation, fitting in two surgeries at once, having pre-op and post-op visits, and being able to call for help at any time. On top of that, every single person I interacted with at the Spiegel Center (especially Carole!) from the moment I set my foot in were exceptionally kind and caring - this was very important to me as it helped to establish a level of trust that I needed to feel comfortable proceeding with surgery. Amazing experience !! Had neck tite and chin implant done almost 3 weeks ago and so far I am very happy with the results !! The entire team was amazing through the entire practice . Listened to exactly what I was trying to achieve and answered all my questions!! Cristina the patient coordinator is just amazing, I can’t say enough .. she answered every single email I sent with any question at all any day of week almost right away and is just such a sweet , genuine lady! Earlier this year I decided to undergo a deep plane face lift + brow lift and am very happy I chose The Spiegel Center. Cristina was amazing as my coordinator - she ensured I had all the information I needed and provided me with guidance throughout the process (and continues to do so today!). I also really appreciated some of the additional services available - as I tend to scar easily, I had several sessions in the hyperbaric chamber and have been amazed at how my well scars have healed. I had the most amazing experience with Dr. Spiegel and his staff. In person he is just like he is in his videos. I found him to be skilled and professional and he gave me the best possible results for my facial surgery. I am still recovering at this time but already I have been overwhelmed with the changes. Dr. Tower is an excellent professional young surgeon. He is knowledgeable and experienced in the foremost procedures. When I attended an introduction session at the center, I was immediately impressed with his procedural experiences, his caring philosophy and gentle demeanor. Our discussions of what I wanted from my procedure, what to expect, our visits prior and post op were extremely reassuring. He never hesitated to talk with me or come in to the office for me when I needed. The results are exactly the natural youthful look I was hoping for. I've had a few procedures and enhancements during my many years, and I would totally recommend Dr. Tower to anyone.

After years of researching facelifts I finally bit the bullet and decided to go for it. Even though it was more expensive than going abroad, decided I wanted to stay local for my procedure and I am so happy with my choice of Dr. Tower. I got a deep plane facelift, a neck lift and a brow lift so it was a major surgery and its important to give yourself a couple of weeks with no responsibilities and make sure you have someone at home helping you. It has been three months now and I couldn't be happier with the results or the care I received. Believe me when I say I am not rich but that it was worth every penny to go to someone nearby who is as skilled as Dr. Tower with such a good bedside manner. For the first time in years, I am liking looking in the mirror again! Special shout out to the Patient Coordinator Uzma, who helped me get all the financials and medical appointments done ahead of the surgery and was always there to answer all of my many random questions.
