I Just Had Got a Tummy Tuck Yesterday, I'm Very Sore but Today I'm Starving. What Can I Eat?

What should I eat and being that I got a tummy tuck can I eat whatever I want???

A: Ok to eat

Eating to get your energy up is good. However, i would start out light and build up to normal.  Food is good with most medication to avoid nausea.   Plenty of water is good to flush your system.  You are off to a great recovery.

I'm Getting a Tummy Tuck March 26 Can my Whole Tattoo Be Removed and Should I Lose Weight? (photo)

I'm thirty years old with four kids. I'm schedule to get a mommy makeover March 26 and I'm scared!!! Can my tattoo be completely removed and do I need to lose weight?

A: Vast majority of tattoo will be removed.

With a standard low tummy tuck incision, I think a some of the tattoo will be left. This will obviously be very low on the abdomen and much less prominent. If you accept a higher scar, it is possible to remove all of it. I do not think you need to lose weight - you are an excellent candidate. Good Luck!
