I wanted this procedure done for as long as I can remember, once I noticed all the girlies around me growing and I never really did. I've spent so long considering and researching more about this procedure.

Between all the doctors I looked up from Northern California to some even down south, I loved Dr. Yamahata's work the most.

The process was so smooth from consultation, pre-op appointments, surgery day, and my post-op appointment.

Right off the bat, you can tell how knowledgeable, open, polite, and how honest he is. Dr. Yamahata and his staff all just have a great vibe to them and you can just feel how willing they're to be helpful. This made me feel very confident in my choice to get my breast augmentation with him.

Even post-surgery he left a voicemail to check on me and provide an update as to how my operation went. I missed that phone call, due to immediately getting rest right after, but knowing he did that made me feel even moreso that I made the right choice in a doctor.

Currently on day 3 of recovery and have one another post-op appointment in 7 days, and now that much pain has subsided I'm excited to see how things will go. Stay tuned for another update!

My experience was great from beginning to end. I was extremely nervous to have surgery, especially one that would alter my body. I did over a years worth of research and looked over hundreds of photos and reviews and found Dr. Yamahata’s results to be the best. I scheduled my consultation and booked my surgery. The entire staff was so helpful and answered all our question's and calmed my nerves. I wanted a more natural result and brought photos of my expectations to Dr. Yamahata on surgery day. I chose twilight sedation and everyone took great care of me all morning before, during and after my surgery. My recovery was smooth and my results now 6 months out are amazing. I am currently 3 months post op from breast augmentation surgery and I couldn't be happier. My journey from the initial consultation to this day has been absolutely remarkable.

During the initial consultation Dr. Yamahata gave me an honest and expert evaluation of what I can expect from the surgery, all of my options, and answered all of my questions. This was my first plastic surgery experience so I had a lot of questions.

After the consultation, Didi helped me with the payment options and explained everything related to the cost of surgery to me. She was so helpful answering all of the questions I had and explaining the different charges included in the surgery.

Next was scheduling my surgery and Kelly was such a pleasure to work with, she explained how the process would be from here on out.

The next step was the pre-op appointment where I got to try on different sizes to see which one I would prefer. During this appointment I got to meet Cassie and this has to be my most fun appointment. She understood what my goals were and provided a rundown of what to expect and do the day of surgery.

The day of the surgery was a little nerve-racking as this was my first plastic surgery experience and I was super excited; nurse Jessica was so comforting checking me in and getting me ready for surgery, she eased all of the jitters I was experiencing and I was very happy and peaceful once I went under.

Honestly, this office is like one big happy family, everyone I have interacted with was so kind and understanding.

The surgery went magnificent and although the initial recovery period was something to get used to (sleeping elevated, getting a lot of rest, keeping up with all of the necessary medications), Dr. Yamahata and his staff were always available by phone to answer any questions or concerns I had.

I am 100 million percent satisfied with my results, Dr. Yamahata is an artist when it comes to his craft, my results look and feel so natural. 10/10 Would definitely recommend!

I am 50 years old and have wanted a tummy tuck the last few decades but having a business and young children, it wasn't realistic. I decided this year was the year! I researched Dr. Yamahata's reviews, had a consult, and booked the appointment. My surgery has healed great, I am so happy with the results. I used to avoid events or get mad at myself when I had to dress nice and feel pretty. Now I look forward to shopping! From booking the appointment, the care from the nurses, and Dr. Yamahata's expertise and mild manner- I loved my experience and would do it again. The surgery is a big recovery so make sure you have help at home and take the time off your life/work/kids to heal.

I couldn’t be happier with the results from my breast augmentation from Dr. Yamahata. I came in post having my 2 kids and losing some weight. Growing up I was a 36D or DD, but after breastfeeding much of the breast density was gone. I knew I wanted a lift to help with the sagging and rippling at the top of my chest. I went to a few Drs. but felt confident after meeting with Dr. Yamahata that he would prioritize the natural look I was going for. I opted for a mastopexy with a very small 170cc implant to help with shape and absolutely love them. I am now a 36B and feel like they look more youthful than I did in my 20s, now at almost 40. They are also very symmetrical considering the amount of work and look natural to my body. Additionally, the Granite Bay office staff was very friendly and helpful, and made me feel comfortable along the way. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for any kind of breast augmentation. I feel like he can handle anything and will make sure you are more than happy with the result.

I am going to this doctor a second time because he is the absolute best. It’s been 6 years since I got my implants (550 ccs) they are perfect actually, but since I was so small chested the first time I got my implants, I wasn’t able to get the size I wanted. Since it’s been a few years and I’m afraid he’ll retire, I am going back to hopefully get around 750 cc implants, he is going to try his best, so next week after I wake up, I’ll know what size he was able to do. You cannot see my scars, they are a perfect shape, beautiful and natural looking. I went under the muscle. I also like that he gives the option of twilight anesthesia.

I ended up getting re-taped for an additional two weeks since my last entry and so I was unable to post my after pictures. My implants were very large for my body and so in order to ensure that my new implants healed in the correct position- they needed to be taped every two weeks (I went in 4 times total).
My scars are healing perfectly and are very small- (obviously they are on top of my old scars).
The implants feel amazing and look natural. They are perfect in shape and I am able to do all of my regular activities.
I wear a 34I i believe. But since it’s extremely rare to find bras that size in the US , I found bras and bathing suits on the Panache website, which I love. It’s UK sizing so in that brand it’s 32G.
I still wear most of my old tops which I was nervous about. Size small and some mediums.
I am beyond happy with my implants as I knew I would be, Dr. Yamahata will always be #1 in my opinion.

So everything is still going great! My results are perfect and I really couldn’t have asked for more. My scars are nearly invisible, the shape is still perfect. I usually still wear a size small in clothes. My underbust is 32 inches and over bust is about 40.5/41 inches. I lift weights still and do all workout activities exactly the same way I did before. There isn’t any problems with overhead lifting or movements than involve the barbell.

Went to several consultations and selected Dr. Yamahata. I didn’t want big, just filled up/lifted. Asked for the smallest implants to make the lift effective, and he listened. I’m happy with the results.

My breasts lost a lot of volume due to pregnancy and breastfeeding. I ended up getting 300 cc silicone implants under the muscle. After seeing Dr. Yamahata's other before and afters I knew I wanted him as my surgeon and I'm very glad I went with him because they came out better than I imagined.
