Hello all, I had a breast lift with silicone 505cc implants yesterday and feeling great today! Minimal pain. Dr. Kaufman and team were amazing start to finish! So excited to see the results after the swelling decreases! Updated on 8 Jun 2023: This is 1 day post op, I’m feeling swollen and a bit tight but overall feeling great and loving how they look so far! The pain is mostly a stinging burning pain but very manageable with minimal meds. Icing 3 times a day to reduce swelling. Will post again when I take 1 week photos! Updated on 12 Aug 2023: I’ll post more recent pics but this photo was about 6 weeks post op taken 7/21, scars are healing great. My swelling has reduced significantly and they are starting to feel much softer! I’m loving how they look.
I can't say enough good things about this practice and Dr. Kaufman! From my first visit to my last.... I have been nothing but impressed with the care I have received. My results are more than I could have ever dreamed of. After having 3 kids, I lost any self confidence I had and was looking to restore it. Dr. Kaufman and his team went above and beyond and I have never felt better- thank you from the bottom of my heart!
I had two procedures done with Dr. Kaufman. Three years ago I had a breast augmentation and then a rhinoplasty a year ago. When explaining what I wanted, I felt confident that Dr. Kaufman completely understood me, and he delivered exactly what I asked for. I was insecure about being un-proportionate and the bump on my nose for quite some time and he took my insecurities away. I feel more confident now that I don’t have to pose a certain way in photos to hide my nose anymore. I am so beyond happy with my results, face and body. I couldn’t imagine trusting anyone else!
I am sitting at home right now day 2 post op...and SO thankful. They were my first (and only) consult. Everyone - from my initial appointment booking call to heading into the OR - was friendly, confident and passionate. Dr. Kaufman was transparent, honest about what could and couldn't be achieved, and put me at ease immediately. He views your body as a canvas and he is an absolute artist who gives and receives joy from helping others achieve their aesthetic goals. I will recommend him to anyone and everyone who is looking to have any kind of work done. I will update as I progress and do my check ins. I had a drainless TT, MR, BL/BA and lipo to the flanks. Recovery has been hard but not impossible and every day I'm feeling better and moving better. My goal was to feel better about myself, and to be proportionate in my chest to the rest of my body. Day of surgery I was 5'8" and 191lbs. Updated on 31 May 2022: Over did it yesterday but pain is getting more manageable. Got to again shower today which was harder than expected but I'm feeling a lot better. Still supper swollen so struggling with that a lot but still amazed by the change in such a short time. I can't wait to get a few weeks down the line when my breasts start to fluff & drop and the swelling goes down more. Updated on 16 Jun 2022: Still swelling a lot, and can't wait for my boobs to "drop and fluff". But loving my new body regardless! I have been fully upright since day 8, and began driving again around 1wpo. I was cleared to sleep on my back and do light cardio by my 2 week appointment. I am still tender and coughing hurts but scares me less now. I'm still in compression 23/7 basically only out of it except for showers but have graduated from the post op bra to sports bras as of 1wpo. Swell hell is very real still by the end of the day. I still can't pick up my littles but I can help more around the house, and hold them if they climb up with me. Off pain meds but take Motrin at bed to help with the pain/discomfort of being swollen in my compression (Spanx). My scars are healing well, and the ones on my boobs are so fine and thin they will likely be invisible when they are fully healed. My tummy tuck incision is super clean, but definitely noticeable. The lipo bruising seems to finally be feeling a little better. I'm down almost 8lbs since day of surgery.
Updating breasts to include strattice (almost two years later). One of the sides scarred differently and has been bugging me, so we decided to remove the scar/add strattice to see if it helps. I may reduce my breasts slightly as well if the doctor recommends that it would be worth it. Surgery is this morning!
First and foremost I want to give a huge SHOUT OUT to Kaufman & Davis Plastic Surgery. I had a Tummy Tuck/BBL/Lipo and I could not be more in love with my results and the care I received from Dr. Kaufman and his team. Here is a quick rundown of my experience: I am an Acitve Duty member in military. I currently live in Las Vegas. I first met Dr. Kaufman at the end of 2005 for a breast aug. I was very pleased with the outcome and results I received then. Within the last 4 years I have had 3 babies. My body went through a lot of changes and I decided I was ready for a makeover. I researched alot of doctors here in Vegas and met with two in person. One doctor would not do the procedure together and because I am limited with time off and recovery, this option was not going to work for. The doctors in Vegas also lacked a more personal bed side manner. They were more impersonal, not something my husband and I were a fan of. It felt more of a processing line of patients with little or no empathy. I decided to look up Dr. Kaufman and schedule a virtual consult. Immediately my husband and I felt at such ease with him. He had a calm very confident but not cocky demenor, which was refreshing as that was not the case in Las Vegas. As soon as we got off the consult my husband said “Yessss this is our doctor.” I loved that we could talk about my desired results and he was able to give honest feedback, and allowed me to feel confident in the process and his ability to achieve the results I desired. From that point everything went FLAWLESS. All communication with the staff was fast, friendly and extremly efficient. Any questions I had they were more then happy to help and answer. The day of the prcedule went GREAT. It was very peaceful during COVID and everything was handled in a manner I felt safe from any uneccessary exposure while getting ready to go through a big surgery. I was in and out of surgery in about 4 hours. The entire staff that day was warm and friendly. My husband picked me up and we stayed in a local hotel for the next two days. I was up and walking the day of the surgery with a walker for assistance. I had no drainage which is not necessarily normal but happened to be the way my body reacted. Although it was such a big surgery I truly had no pain. My body was sore and uncomfortable to move but I had no complications or concerns through the entire process, thankfully. Fast forward, I am now almost 5 months post op and I absolutely love love love my results. My body feels like a whole new person and gave me back so much self confidence. In turn that has helped me greatly in my personal life as a wife and mama. I am definitley interested in a few other little procedures I would like to do here and there but I cannot imagine going to anyone else or anywhere else. Dr. Kaufman and his team will be my go-to. I look forward to visiting to get my post op pics done and see even further how much my body has changed. I would highly recommend Dr. Kaufman and his wonderful team!! P.S I did write a lengthy review, but I know when I was researching Doctors the more info the better. Thank you Dr Kaufman and team for everything! From one happy and sexy mama again! Veronique
I finally made the move and had my BA surgery 3 days ago! 33, 5'7, 134lbs, Mom of 2, 34AA. I have wanted to do this for years and years! I finally decided I need to do this or I will always be wondering and wishing I had.
I am proud mommy of 6 y/o boy and 4 y/o girl. I breastfed and pumped with both my kids leaving my breasts with grade 2 pitosis. My stomach skin was stretched and loose and I had extremely weak abdominal muscle. I am 5’8” and 205 lbs. Dr. Kaufman was my first and only consultation. His MA, Sandy, who assisted with the consultation and pre-op was so nice and helped answer all my questions. Danielle helped with the financing portion was super sweet. Things moved quickly with my consult on 6/22, pre-op on 6/30 and surgery on 7/9.
My experience with Dr Kauffman and the whole office there was Wonderful. Dr Kauffman worked wonders on my body and gave me back my self confidence and my femininity My experience with the Staff there was amazing I met everyone including Dr Davis throughout my journey which isn’t quite over yet and have to say I love them all. I was ashamed of my body and wanted surgery but was afraid. Dr Kauffman made me feel safe and confident in my outcome as did every single person on his team. I walked into the office every time and was treated like a friend and their kindness and thoughtfulness gave me great confidence and lead me through with ease. I’ am seven weeks out after surgery and I love how I look I would recommend Kauffman & Davis to anyone. I went from from hiding my body to loving my body and will forever thankful to Dr Kauffman and his team
Hands down the best surgeon! I would highly recommend Dr. Kaufman & his staff. I have sent many friends & family who were all pleased with their results. Investing in myself was worth it. I could not be more grateful for his talent. Best investment!
Hello Ben65216,Thank you for your question. The most important thing is to listen to your surgeons post operative care instructions, and to be safe. I personally would recommend having someone with you to help take care of you. I hope this helps, good luck!
Hello Cool2909,This is a great question. A browlift with limited to no hair is difficult, it becomes a trade of where to hide the scar versus the benefit of a brow lift. I would consider a trans blepharoplasty or a peri brow lift. I personally do not think coronal brow lifts are beneficial for men. Of course, nothing replaces an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon. I hope this helps and good luck!
Hello JY1973,Thank you for your question and for providing pictures. It appears your lower face and neck are the main areas of concern, I would say you are a great candidate for a face lift. For the best outcome I would suggest skin removal, neck muscle tightening, fat removal, and possible salivary gland removal. Of course, nothing replaces an in person consultation where you can review the surgeons pre/post operative work and get an assessment. I hope this helps, good luck!
Hello love2inspire, This is a great question. There is lots of noise out there on how to manage post operative care. There is no actual data to support that growth factors help enhance healing after a facelift or CO2. As long as the area is kept clean and moist, it will heal well. They are not used in my practice, but I always suggest following the guidelines of your plastic surgeon. Thank you for your question, I hope this helps!
Hello broich.jb,Thank you for your question and posting your photos. To be honest, it is a little hard to tell without an in person examination whether or not you would benefit from a lift. From your photos, I would suspect you would do well with a dual plane sub muscular breast augmentation. Certainly if you go a little on the fuller side it will likely take up some of the excess skin. My personal preference is not to do anything less than a lollipop lift if the patient needs a true lift. Donut, circumareolar, or benelli mastopexy in my experience only leaves patients with large areolas, poor scars, and ultimately, with saggy breasts. Consider consultations with at least a couple well-qualified board-certified plastic surgeons to ascertain whether or not your goals will be met with breast implants alone, or if you actually do need a vertical lift. Good luck!
