My husband and I met with a handful of doctors before choosing Dr. Beck. Dr. Beck and his staff addressed all of my questions and concerns and made sure I felt comfortable. My procedure was today and I felt so anxious and nervous but the entire team was so comforting that they talked me through it and calmed me down. They have a very skilled team so I know that iw so in good hands. I am... more

I actually went to 3 different drs and all 3 drs... more
Hello ladies, I am 5'2", 112lbs, 18(will turn 19 this summer before I get surgery in the fall) and barely a 32A. I am currently in college working towards getting my associates in Nursing (YAY) and I love it! I'm technically a 30A, but since VS doesn't sell 30A's they put me in a 32A. I have always had small breasts, even after puberty. They started growing a little when I was 16, but stopped... more
I've been a very confident A cup all my life but made the decision to proceed with breast augmentation because I wanted my overall physique to look proportionate & not interfere with my active life. I knew exact look I wanted to achieve. I consulted with 4 surgeons and prayed before finalizing. I am very happy! more

I could of used a lift but I did not want a big scar ! I also did not want them to sit super high I don't mind them sitting low it appears more natural to me. Overtime if I have to go back for a lift that's fine as well. Right now I'm super happy ! I decided to fill them up with 475 cc silicone smooth moderate implants.
I am still in love with my new twins! I'm interested to see what they... more
I searched for the perfect surgeon for months was happy to find this dr. I travel from SJ to this office, which says a lot because there is steep competition in this area, and only miles away from me. But it's worth it! I was a 32A and natural looking results were most important to me. Dr and staff were very patient/helpful. If you're smaller chested, Dr. Delgado has a talent for creating... more
Came to Dr gray in december 2008 for my first BA. I had just turned 18 a month prior. Despite that fact dr gray still tried to persuade me to get silicone implants. Not sure what prompted him to do so. Anyways i ignored it and went with saline because fda says its not safe until your 21. Thankfully he didnt persuade me otherwise as i am a bit headstrong. I asked for saline and to become a C... more
I carried my sisters twins. I carried my own son. I was blessed. I was wearing a 34B in 5th grade. Needless to say they grew. By the time I was at my heaviest I was 302 pounds and a 40 DD. Now I'm 130 AND A 32 super deflated B. I saw several surgeons and none of them seemed to understand like I do not care to look natural. Seriously. Judge if you just but I've had huge boobs my whole life. ... more
I have been wanting a breast augmentation for YEARS, but have always put it off to the side because I didn't feel it was financially responsible. Finally, I've decided to do it for myself, and I couldnt be more excited! My physician is Dr Daryl Hoffman, he was my number one choice from the start. I did endless amounts of research, even with doctors out of state. But as soon as I stepped foot... more
I had my BA on Jan 22nd and recieved 397 cc's under the muscle. The surgery went well and before I knew it i woke up and had the bandages around my chest. The nurse warned me that i may feel like an elephant is sitting on my chest but actually the drugs that I was on worked wonders. All i wanted to do the first day was sleep but once the drugs wore off I did start to feel the pain but it... more

I have always wanted my breasts to be more full. I started as a 36B and wanted to get to a 36D roughly.. I have an injury in my right breast when I was a child, I fell on a dishwasher, and a knife penetrated my chest (I know, freak accident). This injury caused my right breast to grow a bit uneven and it did leave me a scar right on the crease of my breast.
I decided to go for an incision... more
Hi all! I've been a realself member for over a year and half now, and am finally getting my breast augmentation done soon! A little story to get started:
Ever since I was 11 years old, I couldn't wait until my boobs would grow. All of my friends started growing boobs, but mine did not. I always thought I was just a "late bloomer." So I waited and waited, and while I waited, I would resort to... more
I'm on my 3rd day now out of surgery... Overall major pain was just the first night. Lots of swelling after the first few hours but overall everything seems very normal and easy to heal from. I have a burning sensation in the litter corner of my left breast almost on my ribs. But I'm sure it's normal. Lotsa stiffness and pain when I first wake up but I'm sleeping thru the night. No pain... more
Still loving my breast implants done by Dr. Gray in San Francisco. I chose Mentor high profile, 600cc implants. They are partially under the muscle. Had some assymetry before and the doc was able to correct almost all of it. I was scared about getting implants initially and changing my body but I'm so happy I did it and have been complication free for 4 years now :)
Recovery was tough... more
Well it is 2am and I am 5 days pre-op. I am so nervous and terrified. But excited all at the same time. I am 5'7 125lbs. I had my consultation at the end of September and my mom went with me, she does not have boobs either. So I think we got really wrapped up in trying on all the sizes and stuff that we chose way to big of a size for me. We chose 440cc HP silicone. As I got home I freaked out... more
After breast feeding my child for 1 1/2 years and gaining 43 lbs over the 3 years, looking in the mirror was a pain to me because I was unable to recognize myself. I lost 30 lbs and hoping to lose a couple more lbs to achieve my goal weight. Why is it that when you lose weight it seems like the first things that go is yours breast and your ass? Why!? Well my breast and ass took tribute to my... more
It is very liberating to be able to talk about this journey on this outlet. Honestly, I have no one other than my husband to turn to and I hope I am making the right decision. I don't plan on telling my family or friends about this procedure unless they somehow figure it out or notice the changes and then confront me about it!
I have always been small, about 34A/B before kids and my boobs... more
