I Had a Lift and Implants Put in to Be a Full D, Im Now a KK. What Can I Do To Reduce The Size?

I had implants and lift 5 years ago, i wanted to be a full d over the past few years I cant buy a normal bra at a store. I went for a bra fitting and I was sized now at a 34 KK. Are my breast going to stop growning, what can i do to reduce them will another lift make them smaller? Can i leave the same implant in place if i do another lift. Help

A: Implants too large If you have not gained weight, then the etiology of your breast volume increase over the past five years, should be evaluated by a board certified plastic surgeon. You can have the implants removed with or without placement of smaller implants and secondary mastopexies. If the breast tissue has really increased, you may need breast tissue removed(breast reduction) as well.

Which Procedure is Best for Saggy Breasts For a 22 Year Old? (photo)

I'm 22 years old and my breast sag and lay nearly flat on my chest. Bending to the front makes them look like cow utters and laying back they look deflated. I'm a 34C and I don't want to be bigger. I also heard that lifts take a long time to heal and can come undone. So my question is what is the best approach to take?

A: Breast ptosis in young women Mastopexies with or without placement of implants would like give you the best result. However, the mastopexies would require trading the droopiness for scars on your breast, and implants would make you fuller and likely larger breasted. Also, mastopexies may effect your ability to breast feed subsequently, so you would need to consider your future plans regarding having children and the look you desire.

With Breast Implants, What Placement Is Best For Me? What Could Cause Rupture?

I'm 18, 5'1", 112 lbs. I'm naturally a B cup and I'm considering saline breast implants to become a D cup. Should I go for under or over the muscle and would it cause the chances of the implant to rupture more one way?

A: Implant size and rupture Picking implant size depends on your breast dimensions, size, breast tissue and shape. The size cannot be promised since it depends on which bra you wear (I.e. A "D" in one brand may be a "C" in another brand- much like dresses or shoes). There are advantages to placing the implants under the muscle. Placement of the implants does not influence rupture rates. Saline implants usually deflate from either fold failure or problems with the fill valve.
