Dr Rough is just amazing! I’ve had several procedures and all were just what I wanted. He is a perfectionist and very meticulous with his work. You can tell he really cares about doing the best job possible!

After calling and getting through to the dr. He got me in right away and spent almost two hours talking. There was an office person who is no longer there who was not relaying messages to him. So he had no idea I had been trying to contacting him. He gave me a few options to get the revision done and I am booked in a week. He was as always pleasant and helpful. I feel bad for the miss communication and would like to extend an apology to Dr. James rough.

I had a breast lift and augmentation with James rough. It was a disaster from the very beginning, These are my results. Three years later I’m still trying to correct the very expensive problem. It’s going to cost me $15,000 on top of the $3,500 of work I’ve had done. My breast bottomed out and I’m told in order to fix the damage, I need a breast lift, scar revision and possibly the implants removed and one of my areolas was cut smaller than the other plus reconstruction of the
