I would definitely give a call to your plastic surgeon especially to discuss your concerns.  I do not routinely use drains after breast augmentation although some surgeons routinely do.  He or she will have a certain criteria, meaning a total volume of output in a 24 hour period before pulling them out.  As you are already doing, keep monitoring and recording the drain output along with monitoring the size, shape and symptoms of your breasts. I hope this helps, take care.

The appearance of your breasts do seem to fulfill certain criteria that define a tuberous breast.  Tuberous breasts can range from a very mild to severe form.  The breasts can be of different sizes between each other, small and underdeveloped breasts, breast tissue that herniates or pushes through the areola making the areola appear enlarged and puffy, the position of the breast fold under the breast can be quite high on your chest, and a narrow and constricted breast width.  Depending on your goals, a breast lift alone or with implant placement will allow you to achieve a great result boosting your self confidence! That being said, it is very important to visit with a Board Certified plastic surgeon for further evaluation and discussion as these cases are challenging although quite rewarding for the surgeon with experience, careful planning and preparation. I appreciate your concern and see the difference in nipple position and breast shape.  The most important first step is to compare your current picture with your preoperative photo.  Pay special attention to the preoperative nipple position and note any size and shape differences between the breasts.  With a breast augmentation alone, differences in nipple position and differences in breast droop will unfortunately persist.  A breast lift can then done, making the breasts symmetrical.  If the breasts were similar in the preoperative photo and if just an implant exchange was done, then with time the appearance and shape will improve which may take a few more months to happen. I really hope this is the case.  I would definitely discuss your concerns with your surgeon.  I hope this helps, take care.

I believe that you are a great candidate based on your symptoms and your picture. Unfortunately, as you have noticed that it is unlikely that you are going to have any significant reduction in breast size with further weight loss. The wonderful news about your weight loss is that you have significantly decreased your surgical risks!! That being said best to see a board certified plastic surgeon to make an in person evaluation. I hope this helps, take care.

The photo suggests that you had your breasts augmented relatively recently, if this is so please don't worry!  Sometimes and for whatever reason, one implant may drop down to its normal position faster while the other one stays high.  If they were placed under the muscle, then the reason is that because of swelling and tightness of the muscle, it will push the implant up not allowing it to drop down.  With time and breast implant displacement exercises, the implant will likely drop and appear more the same.  This process may take months after you had the procedure. If this does not happen then a relatively simple procedure can be done to drop the implant, BUT let's stay positive!!   I believe that you will have a fantastic result!   In my practice, I also have my patients place a band on the upper part of the breast so that to encourage the implant to drop.  The most important thing that you have to do though is follow up with you plastic surgeon as he or she will be able to guide you through your healing and recovery.   I hope this helps, take care.
