Maloney Plastic Surgery

I went into the consult with goal photos and a ballpark size in mind. Dr. Maloney and his team did a vectra scan as well as assisted me with trying on different sizers. We agreed on a size and he recommended the profile and cohesiveness based on my goals. He expertly explained all the potential risks of larger implants, while still allowing me to make the decision on the size I felt was appropriate for my anatomy, and he agreed.
After booking the surgery, his entire staff was incredibly helpful and delightful with every anxious email and phone call I made.
Surgery went wonderfully and recovery was as smooth as can be. The surgery center he uses has an amazing staff as well - the best treatment I’ve ever received in any medical facility.
Dr. Maloney provides a personal cell phone number for after hours questions, I did text him once in a panic at around 6am, and he literally responded within 5 minutes.
I am seven weeks post op and so obsessed with my results. Though I still have much settling to do, any little “imperfections” I might find (if I’m forced to find any at all) are clearly due to my own physical anatomy.
Also, he uses a Keller funnel and my incisions are SO tiny. I have seen other surgeon’s results who also use the funnel and they are some of the smallest I’ve seen, especially for nearly the largest silicone implant on the market.
I can’t speak enough on how pleasant and friendly and warm his staff is as well. I’m so happy and grateful I chose Dr. Maloney.

My experience with Dr. Maloney was amazing. He saw me for my initial consultation quickly after I emailed them about wanting a breast augmentation. At the consultation, we discussed sizes that would fit my body type and he recommended 450 cc. At first, I thought the size was too big for me- I’m petite and wanted the natural look. He assured me it was the right size for me. I am BEYOND glad I listened and got the size he recommended because they look absolutely perfect. I’m more secure, confident, and extremely happy every day waking up. The healing process was fast and easier than I expected. I would recommend him to anyone!

A great experience from the very first consultation to the recovery time. I was apprehensive due to my age (84). Dr Maloney was so thorough in his explanation that it put me at ease. I was referred to him by my granddaughter that had a mommy makeover with Dr Maloney. She is totally satisfied. The fact that I could get this done with minimal down time and local anesthesia made up my mind. I was awake, talking with Mandi and Dr Maloney listening to good country music! The entire staff is professional, friendly and personably. I was given a prescription from pain but did not need any. No complications and recovery with minimal discomfort. Very pleased with the results and so glad I did it. Dr Maloney is the best.

I had a Great experience with Dr Maloney and the temporal brow lift I had done. I had gotten a lower facelift and upper/lower Blepharoplasty done by a different surgeon and although I was not unhappy with his work, after the procedure it seemed as if I had lost some of my natural beauty and it seemed as if my eyes now looked beady and round and it also appeared as if my forehead was being pulled downward creating an unpleasant, droopy look to my overall appearance.
I went to Dr. Maloney to see if he could pinpoint the issue. He felt that I could be benefited by a temporal brow lift— something he typically does with each facelift that he performs.
Initially, I had gone to him for a consultation for my facelift, but of the seven consultations that I had he was the only one who recommended the temporal brow lift for me. I felt that since the majority of the other surgeons did not recommend it that I would go with the math and avoid the temporal brow lift.
I must say that I would have been better off just going to him in the first place. Because he was correct. The temporal brow lift was indeed the missing component.
I had the temporal brow lift done in his office while awake which was absolutely amazing because I did not suffer any of the after effects of being put under general anesthesia. It was a perfectly calm and simple experience. Everything healed up with no complications and it drastically changed the overall appearance of my face.
It was such a relief to reclaim the brightness in my eyes that seemed to have diminished after my previous procedure.

Let me just say I’ve wanted a breast augmentation for a very long time as I breastfed three children and with each one went more and more flat (I had 34cs pre baby) and was literally board flat after

The consultation process was amazing. I had virtual consultations with many Doctors in the Tucson area but some seemed so unprofessional, some were flat out creepy, and some made comments such as “you’d look hot/ men would like you with this size”
Well I’m not doing this for the male gaze, I am a married woman just wanting my body back. I’ve worked really hard to lose all weight with having babies, I workout and eat clean but what was missing was feeling feminine because I no longer had breasts.

When I explained this to Dr Maloney he was so professional and so sure we’d find the perfect fit for me. He did EXTENSIVE measurements.
I told him I wanted a fake breast look but I also wanted to be proportionate to my body. We both settled on 650cc each breast but after some consideration I went with an extra 50cc just to be sure. So I chose 700cc each and I could not be happier. They look large, they are noticeable, but they are PERFECT for my body. They do not take away from my body or are a focal point but they completely complement the hard work I’ve put in at the gym to essentially look like I haven’t had babies.

I had the procedure done today and when I woke up I honestly had zero idea we were done I said “when do we get started” and the nurse laughed and said “honey we’re already done!”

Granted my breasts have to drop and will take time to heal. They are natrelle 700cc over the muscle (because I do lift I didn’t want to go under and he agreed) I essentially have zero bruising and besides feeling a little “tight” if you will I feel zero pain and I’m able to walk around and be perfectly functional.

I’ve dropped some additional weight since the consultation but I’ll post before photos and today, day one post op but I am extremely pleased.

Couldn’t recommend Dr Maloney and his team any more!!

Love love love mine! Everything healed so beautifully. Doctor Maloney is amazing. Went from a small deflated B to a double D with 450cc. I wasn’t sure. The size implant that I wanted, so I just went with exactly what the doctor recommended, and he couldn’t have been more right. He was so cool, and so knowledgeable, and he actually did other treatments for me, which are also incredible. I highly recommend his expertise. So glad I made the trip out to Arizona to see him.
