I had a great experience with Dr Eades. He was so patient and helpful with explanations and options. After having breast implants for 40 years, two different sets, I had decided that it was time for them to go. I was very concerned about how I would look and feel with the outcome. Dr Eades reassured me that with a lift I could had a good cosmetic outcome, He was totally right! Dr Eades has a great office staff, Anita and Alyssa are perfect and so helpful. The team at the surgery center was also so professional and compassionate. I found that my back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain and many other unrelated problems are gone! I feel beautiful and ten years younger!
Dr. Eades spent a lot of time going over my procedure and explaining my options. He made sure to answer all of my questions and made me feel confident and comfortable going forward. I love my results!
In the past three years, I have had two plastic surgery procedures and two corrective procedures by Dr. Eades. I chose Dr. Eades because of his experience and expertise. I am very happy with the brow lift he recently did, making me look natural, but younger. I was not able to wear sleeveless dresses for years, because of the loose skin on my arms, (even thought I am a swimmer.) But because of the brachioplasties Dr. Eades did on my upper arms, I can now wear sleeveless dresses with confidence. I wish that I would have done this surgery done sooner. The surgery center and antisthesiologists he works with are very professional and comforting.
Dr Eades and his stuff are beyond exceptional! Dr Eades answered all my questions with realistic answers. I had a tummy tuck a month ago now and I am IN LOVE. It feels good to see the extra skin I had GONE.
I looked old and wasn't ready for it. I had, also, left an abusive relationship a year prior. I can defiantly see the difference in my skin tone with that stress gone. I'm a child at heart and now my outside matches the inside.
I am a mother of six and after my last pregnancy in 2011 and breast feeding my breast are just not happy. I decided to go for a consultation back in 2016 and was not able to go through with my augmentation due to other priorities, I would like to say I gave up on it thinking I'll never be able to get them done but here I am again. I mean I'm happy I have breast, but definitely not happy with the way they are, my husband never complains and doesn't want me to get this done but i feel like its a part of me thats missing so... "Round 2". My last consultation I decided on 500cc gummy bear smooth round moderate plus profile so I'm probably going to go with that again. Fingers crossed all goes well.... I've been going to Dr. Eades for about two years now. My shoulder surgeon, who I hold in high regard, recommended Dr. Eades for the neck and back pain I had suffered from for many years. Dr. Eades took time to explain the procedures for my breast reduction and arm lift. My back and neck, feel so much better and I wish I had done the procedures sooner. Later on, Dr. Eades showed me non-surgical procedures for my needs for the time being until I am ready to proceed with more invasive procedures. The FaceTite and Fractora treatments were great on my face, jaw line and neck. Thank you Dr. Eades for the beautiful job you did on my daughter and me. We are both very pleased with the results. You gave my daughter her beautiful figure back and you are keeping me looking much more refreshed and youthful. Thank you being kind, patient, honest and professional, and thank you to your friendly, kind, caring and respectful staff Anita and Alyssa.
What a talented surgeon! I had 37 year old encapsulated implants that no other doctor would go near. Dr. Eades took my case and removed the old implants and scar tissue, did a mastoplexy (lift), and later did breast reconstructions with new implants. I look better now at age 61 than I did in my 30s. He was not only skilled but patient and compassionate, too. He came highly recommended, but I never expected such spectacular results.
I have been insecure about my lips since I can remember... I couldn’t wait to get lip fillers once I got old enough... in the last year I had 2 syringes of juvederm ultra plus 3 months apart... I know I love the way I feel w bigger lips so I decided to go for a more permanent option... I’m having the procedure done in 1 hour... after reading many reviews I’ve decided to wear an eye cover & headphones so I don’t hear or see anything! Updated on 25 Feb 2018: I was really prepared for the procedure... I brought my headphones & wore an eye patch... I couldn’t feel any pain... he had to minipulate the bottom lip a little more so there’s more bruising... over all the first day was the worst pain & it was mostly just uncomfortable how large they were... the swelling has gone down quite a bit & I can’t wait to see the final product Updated on 26 Feb 2018: Updated on 27 Feb 2018: Updated on 1 Mar 2018: The initial consultation with doctor Eades was short & sweet... I sorta knew what to expect because of how much research I did but he explained the process step by step and answered all of my random questions. He supported my choice to go with the largest size implants and we discussed possible complications. During the procedure he mad me feel very comfortable & I didn’t feel a thing. He took the bottom out completely and re-did it... as ready as I was to be done with it I am extremely thankful he’s a perfectionist & really cared to make sure they looked just right. I am grateful that I found a surgeon I could trust with my face!! He noticed I was little more bruised & since he had to do more manipulation than normal he wrote me an antibiotic which I really appreciate! 10/10 would recommend Dr. Eades! Updated on 5 Mar 2018: I randomly feel soreness here and there I’ve just been taking Ibuprofen.... my lips are still numb & it’s extremely annoying... I’m nervous I’ll never get feeling back... (but it’s worth it) & idk it ifs because they’re healing, but they ITCH & it’s like internally... I mean it’s tolerable but definitely not fun Updated on 18 Mar 2018: Updated on 6 Dec 2018: I recently got 1 syringe of juvederm XC on top of my implants! Updated on 6 Dec 2018:
Dr Eades performed AMAZING liposuction to my abdomen! There is literally no scarring and I can now see ab definition 6 months after. He is so kind and met with me multiple time to discuss my procedure and answered all my questions. I love his staff they are all so nice. I've had lipo prior to this from another doctor in Scottsdale and was left with scars so I was a concerned but Dr Eades worked wonders he is the go to guy from now on!
In reviewing your photos, It seems to me that the effect of the brachioplasty needs to be carried a little further out towards your elbow to create a smoother contour. This would entail a rather straightforward combination of touch-up liposuction and skin removal. Your scar would have to be extended a few centimeters but the result should be a worthwhile trade off.
You are right, a Tummy Tuck scar that is too short can leave unsightly bulges in the hip areas and create contours that do not "flow". However, Tummy Tuck scar length is a relative term. The length of the horizontal scar in a Tummy Tuck is related to the amount of excess skin to remove. The more excess skin, the longer the scar, and vice versa. I suspect your surgeon was referring to the amount of excess skin you have and that relative to patients with more excess skin, your scar will not have to be especially long. If it makes you feel more assured, you may want to mention to your surgeon that adequate skin removal with nice contours are more important to you than scar length.
There is a certain balance of proportions between the middle and upper thirds of the nose (where your hump is) and the nasal tip, so that if one is reduced, the other will appear larger. So, yes, if the hump is removed, your tip will appear slightly larger. However, including a little bit of cartilage trimming in the nasal tip to create a more refined and angular tip shape will bring your nose right back into balance and create a better overall result.
In general, if your upper pole pinch thickness is greater than 2 centimeters you are a candidate for OTM placement of your implants and visible implant rippling shoudn't be a concern. This can easily be measured by any plastic surgeon you see in consultation for your breast augmentation surgery, but in looking at your photos, you certainly appear to be a candidate for OTM placement. Personally, I prefer placing breast implants over the pectoralis muscle in suitable candidates because, just as you mentioned, it avoids the problem of seeing or feeling the breast change shape or distort upon flexion of the muscle.
You are right, a breast augmentation will increase the diameter of your areolae and since you feel your areolae are already large, you may very well want to consider having them reduced at the same time as your implant surgery. When I combine these procedures I use a separate incision in the fold underneath the breast for placement of the implants in order to minimize the risk of nipple numbness, infection and capsular contracture.
