I had some fillers under my eyes and I started to get a line you could see that I had it under my eyes where it was and it started looking really bad. I had hyaluronidase yesterday to dissolve it and today I look even worse. My eyes look like I haven't slept for days and the i have huge circles, is this common and will It improve in the next couple days? I don't want to post a picture due to people seeing it, I will be happy to send via email.
We do a lot of Hyaluronidase injections to correct filler performed elsewhere. Some patients may look temporarily worse, however, when we go back in and perform their new customized filler injections they are thrilled. Be patient and allow your body to heal - then enjoy your new wonderful filler results. And remember to see an expert board certified facial plastic or plastic surgeon or dermatologist with experience in treating the difficult and delicate under eye area. Best of Luck, Dr. Bassichis
after two weeks juvederm in lips, I have unevenness caused by nodules in soft tissue just inside lips, will hyaluronidse dissolve those?
Two weeks after lip augmentation with juvederm is very early to see nodularity from the hyaluronic acid. At this point it may be small hematomas or injection sight nodules and not nodules formed from the juvederm. I would recommend allowing at least 4 to 6 weeks before dissolution with hyaluronidase. Try some lip massage on the nodules too.
I hope this helps.

I have recently had half a syringe of Hydrafill with a bad result - the product has collected in the wrong part of the lip and it's uneven. If I was to use hyaluronidase to correct an uneven result I have had recently with Hydrafill, would it dissolve all product in the mouth or would you be able to inject a tiny amount into certain areas without it spreading? I have been having injections for 10 years and am happy with the size of my lips, so I'm worried it will completely dissolve the Hydrafill and I will have to start from scratch. Thanks for any help.
Unfortunately, hyaluronidase will fix your problem but you will have to start from scratch. By its nature, hyaluronidase will dissolve into the surrounding tissues and dissolve any hyaluronic acid in its path.
