I am known throughout the United States for my skill with nose surgery, and rhinoplasty is the most popular procedure in my Dallas practice. Thanks to my training and board certification in both plastic surgery and otolaryngology (ear, nose and throat-head and neck surgery), I can offer a unique perspective and approach to your nasal procedure. My experience in both reconstructive and cosmetic nose surgery allows me to provide the most natural appearance and best functional results by placing a high priority in improving the airway whenever possible. I specialize in ethnic rhinoplasty cases and revision procedures for “botched” results. These procedures often are so difficult that few doctors would accept this challenge. My approach to nose reshaping is to refine the size and shape of the nose, to create a more proportionate appearance, and help balance the features of the face.

Face and Neck Lifts

A full facelift is the gold standard of treatment for an aging face because it addresses the face as a whole. The technique I use most commonly consists of tightening and lifting the neck and lower half of the face in two layers, the muscle and fascial layer and the fat and skin layer. This helps prevent a too-tight, overdone appearance. My approach delivers a more contoured neck and jawline without creating too much skin tension or noticeable scars. It also ensures the upper half of the face doesn’t look pulled or strained. Patients may also need a forehead or brow lift, eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), lip augmentation, and skin resurfacing with lasers or chemical peels. I also find many facelift patients in my Dallas practice benefit from having volume added to the cheeks, orbital rims and temples, where hollowness can occur. Addressing all of these issues will achieve total facial rejuvenation, creating a more youthful, refreshed appearance that looks natural rather than surgical.
