Dr. Bassichus does an amazing job. He is always so professional and takes as much time as needed to get everything exactly right. He also explains what he recommends and is never pushy. And his results are impeccable! I cannot recommend him more highly!

Dr Bassichis has the most Amazing staff and nurses. They had very safe Covid rules, so I felt confident being in the office. Having been there for years, I get consistently natural results. He is super busy, and after you get your procedures from him, we’ll see why!

I’ve considered getting a rhinoplasty for over ten years, but only recently decided to schedule consultations. After seeing 5 other facial plastic surgeons, I saw Dr Bassichis. He listened to all of my concerns and calmed my nerves. Everybody in his office was extremely friendly and sweet, and they made me feel at ease. He explained a lot behind the ideal angle between features, and assured me that I would not end up with a teeny, bunny slope nose that didn’t suit my large features. I am 24 hours post op now, and have yet to experience any pain or bruising. So far, I only have mild swelling and I can’t believe I didn’t take the plunge sooner. He also works exclusively with Dr Scalfano, a board certified anesthesiologist. I did not have to be intubated- only received a laryngomask so I was breathing on my own while under propofol. Everyone at the surgery center was great as well. I had so much nervousness as I laid on the surgical table, and fell asleep as the sweet scrub tech wiped my tears off my cheeks. I can’t wait to continue to heal and see results.

Still no major bruising or swelling! The bridge of my nose is a little swollen, making me look like an avatar ha. My eyes never really bruised purple, only yellow. No pain still! Excited to get my cast off in three days. My surgeon sent me flowers yesterday, which I thought was really nice.

First day driving and going to work! Yesterday I only took two half tablets of Norco, and today I’ll try to not take any. I’ve had no pain so far! Also attaching before pics for reference.

Had the MiraDry procedure done on April 11th and couldn't be happier with the results. Jennifer was very professional and attentive to my concerns and questions and the whole procedure was done in an hour and with no pain. The numbing process was very manageable and I did not feel the actual procedure at all. Had swelling afterwards but kept ice on it and the pain was tolerable. I am already noticing that I do not sweat at all or very little compared to before the procedure, and have not worn deodorant. I highly recommend this procedure to anyone!

I recently had an excellent surgery consultation with Dr. Bassichis. After researching many surgeons, and two prior consultations with other doctors, I had a visit with Dr. Bassichis. The front desk staff made getting an appointment very easy and were very sweet. The office is modern and nice . I waited about half an hour in the waiting room, which was very full. Finally my name was called and I went to a room with couches and many books of before and after pictures. Since I’m interested in Laser resurfacing they gave me that specific book and one of the nurses sat with me and answered some of my questions and talked to me about my surgical interests. I was very impressed by the quality of the results in the before and after picture books. Before Dr. Bassichis came in,I was pretty nervous about meeting him because I had not connected with the other surgeons that I saw. However when he walked in he has a similar dry sense of humor like my brother and we were immediately making bad jokes together. It was also very clear that he loves his family and his animals, which I thought was very nice. He was refreshingly honest about what was actually possible or not possible with my procedure. Whereas other doctors Seemed to just promise things. After my visit with the doctor, I went to see Julie who is his surgical nurse. She is completely organized and was able to address The million minutia questions that I had. She gave me a detailed price quote that was entirely customized for me. It was even broken down so that I could do different pieces of it, or not. As I’m a fitness trainer, I’m still saving money for my Laser procedure, but I did get Botox that same day and the results were awesome. I’m hoping to schedule my procedure in early 2020.

I've been getting my lips done for the last 5 years, about once a year, with Juvederm family of products (Ultra, Ultra Plus, Volbella). About a year ago, I noticed in pictures that my upper lip just looked "weird," especially when I smiled, and over the last few months, it started to bother me terribly. My upper lip looked strange and puffy above the lip line, a result of previous injectors using incorrect Juvederm products, and it settling out of place. I had no idea that it was even possible to dissolve my filler, I just thought I had to wait it out and hope for a better result next time.
I was extremely nervous before my appointment to get hyaluronidase injected to dissolve my upper lip filler--I heard that it was extremely painful (even moreso than getting filler injected), and I was scared that I was going to look like a freak with no lip while waiting for it to dissolve, or have a bad reaction like some of the RealSelf reviews I'd read.
I am SO glad I decided to go through with dissolving the bad filler, rather than wait another year to hope it settled down. Before the injection I was numbed with topical lidocaine, and the doctor mixed in lidocaine with the hyaluronidase (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) to help minimize the pain. While it did sting for the few seconds it was being injected, that subsided immediately.
Right after the injections, my lip did seem to decrease in puffiness, but the real results happened after 24-48 hours. I'll admit that it was really weird to see myself with no upper lip after years of using fillers, but I was so excited that the ugly puffiness was gone, and I couldn't wait to get it re-done correctly!
So happy I decided to do this, and now after having my filler re-done, I'm finally happy with my lips. Go to a qualified plastic surgeon (or who you trust) and the results will be worth your anxiety :)

I am just over one month post-op from my septorhinoplasty and I am very happy with the results!! Before my surgery I spent a lot of time on here looking at different people's journeys through rhinoplasty and it really helped me realize what to expect so I've decided to pay it forward. I disliked the shape of my nose ever since I noticed a dorsal hump looking at my side profile when I was about 13 years old. At my consultation, I was told I also had a completely deviated septum, which left one nostril very closed off and the other very open. I have bad allergies, so I often had a stuffy nose but never realized that my septum could be contributing to the problem. I was told the surgery did not guarantee a fix to this problem, but that it would help with my breathing. I expressed my cosmetic concerns, which pretty much just entails the look of my side profile and the way the bump creates a shadow on my nose when I take pictures from the front. My consultation was May 11th and I trusted Dr. Bassichis and his team so much (I had also had some referrals to him) that I booked my surgery after this one consultation for June 25th.
On the day of my surgery, I was very anxious but before I knew it, I was in post-op, very loopy, and about to be driven home by my parents. That first night was really not bad at all because I was on my pain meds. The next day, I still wasn't experiencing a lot of pain, just what felt like pressure. I was sure to sleep upright and used some pillows from Brookstone that helped with this. Eating was not hard but because my nose was so blocked off because of the splints, I really couldn't taste anything. On day 3 I started to notice that I was having pain in my top set of teeth. I called the nurse who said that people who experience this pain in the teeth usually have the worst pain overall of all people who undergo rhinoplasty. With that being said, my pain still was probably just about a 6 out of 10. I continued taking the pain meds until about 4 days post op when I felt that I could get by on just Tylenol.
When I got my cast off, I was surprised to see that my nose looked not all that different from the front. I was also very pleased to see that the dorsal hump was gone! I didn't feel that my swelling was bad at all, so I resumed my normal social life that night. After about a week, it was clear to me that my nose actually was super swollen when I got the cast off, as I noticed it had gotten a lot smaller over the course of that week and the swelling on the tip of my nose had reduced quite a bit.
Each week I am feeling that my nose looks better and better! Some days there is more swelling than others, and definitely if I am out in the heat for a long time it gets more swollen. However, I never feel that it looks so swollen that I can't go out in public. I'm so glad that I no longer have to worry about people looking at my side profile/seeing pictures of my side profile!!
I highly recommend Dr. Bassichis and I believe he and his team have made this process as easy as possible!

Amazing experience to be treated by a doctor who truly knows the face, not just any random specialty. Dr Bassichis only does the face and I appreciate that level of dedication and expert attention. His results are amazing and natural. The clinic and staff were so professional that I was honestly blown away. I am a nurse myself and all the clinical staff are fully trained Registered Nurses (like me). That also elevated the quality of care that you get in the office. I am getting a CO2 laser and facial fillers next month and cannot wait to see the results.

I have been getting Botox with Dr Bassichis every 3-4 months for the last several years. As I have three small kids, I still have a lot of expression but the little lines are all smoothed away. It is like photoshop but in real life! I also enjoy being under the doctors care - in fact, he encouraged me to take good care of myself and see a dermatologist as well for skin checks.
