Will Breasts Sag if I Decide to Explant?

What if you decided to explant? Will your breasts sag?

A: Breast Ptosis After Explantation

If you have a degree of breast ptosis pre-operatively and the implants placed are large then if you remove the implants without replacement there is a much higher chance of deflation and/or breast ptosis. However, this depends individually upon the patient’s age and breast tissue elasticity. That is certainly something that needs to be considered if one is removing implants and not replacing them.

Will my Breasts Sag After Implant Removal?

Some basic stats about me: 25, Asian, slender, 5ft8 58kg, silicon implant 230cc for 1&half years. Now looking to have them removed. Pre op I was 32B (or A), post op I'm 32D. Implant was done under muscle. So far they look natural and no complications. Doctors I need your expertise on what should I expect realistically? I want my natural figure bk regardless how small the breasts are. It's just not me having them in. But I don't want a lift. Don't want any more surgery...

A: Most likely will not need lift

Without pictures, it is hard to know for sure, but if your nipples are well positioned near the center of your breast mound, you probably will not need a lift.  Good luck.

How Much Time Has to Pass to Get Breast Implant Removal?

i have 12 weeks with my silicone breast implant but i really dont like them and i want to take them off how long do i have to wait?

A: You do not have to wait

You do not have to wait to have your implants removed, the more important question is why are you unhappy.  Please discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon.
