The bud is big and sticks out when its hard, but the areola is barely thr, especially hard, almost completely disapears. Even when they r soft the areola is still small. Wondering whats the best way to enlarge the areola? I heard of tatooing, but worry that wont look natural...heard of taking skin from the labia and putting it around the nipple, but heard that wasnt a good way. Are those the only options? Is thr another way to stretch them? Also is thr a way to keep them frm going hard ALLWAYS??
First of all, you have very aesthetic breasts and I would encourage you not to do anything that could take away from them. Scarring from some sort of grafting procedure would not look good and would be permanent. I do not like the idea of tattooing as there is no guarantee on a good color match and your skin color does change over time, the tattoo ink will not always match even if initially it looks good. Your areolas may enlarge with pregnancy and breast feeding, so, if you are considering getting pregnant in the near future, wait and see what happens. Another option is Botox which can relax the muscle that constricts the areola and allow it to spread out. The results would be temporary but there is no permanent downside.
I was born with inverted nipples that I've been highly self conscious about. I had nipple reconstruction done to fix them, but now they are just flat. Is there anything that can be done to have erect or semi-erect nipples?
It is possible to create erect nipples from flat or inverted nipples. There are a variety of procedures designed to do this. Most of them result in minimal scarring and involve cutting the ducts to the nipple so that breast feeding is generally not possible after the procedure. Loss of sensation is not usually a problem but loss of projection can be a problem over time.
I am 22 years old, 125 pounds and I have never liked my nipples. I am a very confident person naturally but having big nipples makes me feel very self-conscious naked. I would be willing to get surgery and I have always thought of it. I like the size of my breasts, though they are not perky, I am okay with that. I would more or less like to know the procedure and If I Am a good candidate for areola reduction.
Jessi;
Thank you for your question and the picture makes it much easier to answer. You appear to be a good candidate for an areola reduction in the form of a periareolar mastopexy, also known as a Benelli or donut mastopexy. It would involve making a circular incision around the edge of the areola and another circular incision inside of the areola. The skin between the incisions would be removed and the incision closed with a 'purse-string' suture. It would also provide you with a little bit of a lift but would not change your breast size.
