I'm 25-year-old Asian female with hooding beginning on one eyelid. Is facial Thermage appopriate for younger skin? Is it possible the every 2-year follow-up procedures will not be needed for my case, if I take good care of my skin following as I am still fairly young?
If you have a lot of hooding sometimes an upper lid blepharoplasty may get you a better long term result than repeating thermage. Thermage can give you some tightening but the results are often inconsistant.
Go to a plastic surgeon that offers both so you will get a balanced view between the two. Even in the best of hands if your only tool is a hammer the whole world can look like a nail.

I am 75. Does that make a big difference in results?
While Thermage can give some tightening to the skin overall, I have not seen very good results for fine wrinkling around the mouth. Probably the best option is laser resurfacing.
Can I do Thermage on my neck if I had a part of my thyroid removed? It was removed some years back. I'm currently on thyroxine medication. Thanks a lot for your response.
The fact that you had a thyroidectomy should not adversely affect the result from Thermage. You just need to have a very frank discussion with your treating physician as to what your expectations are, so that you can pick the right procedure to meet those expectations.
