Day 6 after dysport to glabellar lines, I see a huge improvement with the lines fading but when I frown I still see muscles movement and lines ...is that normal?
Dysport is just like Botox in the sense that it will continue to relax muscles for 10-14 days. You should not get more added or worry about anything until after that point. Give your muscles time to fully relax and take in the product. Then evaluate your results and how you feel.
Had Dysport injection to forehead above brow & between brow a week before upper bleph & brow pexy surgery. This was my first time to have any Botox type injection. 3rd-4th day after injection I experienced mild headache with heavy tired feeling in eyes with some blurry vision. It seemed to resolve 1 day before the surgery. Now, 8 days after surgery I've started having severe headache & fatigue. Not running any fever, incisions healed well with just minimal swelling. Will headache ever go away?
While headaches can occur after Dysport or Botox injections since the needle pierces the muscle, it is usually short lived. I think in your case it is more likely due to the surgery and should get better in time as the muscles that were treated surgically start to settle in.
I read in a patient's review she got rashes and itchy welts after Dysport (http://www.realself.com/review/rash-hives-after-dysport-los-angeles). What kind of side effects may Dysport have? What might have caused the rash or other side effects?
Allergic reactions to Botox, Xeomin and Dysport have not been reported, but a person might be sensitive to the preservatives in the fluid used to mix the products, you can ask the doctor to use preservative free fluid if you are sensitive to it.
