I had the absolute best experience with Dr Smith and all his staff. I had augmentation with a nipple lift. I was amazed on how easy the recovery process was. I had no pain at all. Dr Smith is a true artist in his work.

A: I recommend going to in person consultations with Board Certified Plastic Surgeons. There are different size/shape/profile implants. A board certified plastic surgeon can examine you and present the options that are best to reach your goal breasts and the differences between those options. A: You could have breast augmentation using silicone or saline implants. Depending on how large of implants you choose, you may not need any skin removal. If you choose smaller implants, you could have a benelli or traditional lift to remove excess skin. If you are not interested in breast enlargement, you could just have an incision around areola and inside armpits to remove excess skin. A: A vaginoplasty and or labiaplasty can be done under local sedation where the area is numbed beforehand. It is often recommended that patients choose anesthesia because they will feel the numbing solution being injected which will sting. A: I highly recommend choosing a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon for your procedure to achieve optimal results. It is recommended that you have children first but if that’s 5 years or more down the road,, go ahead and get the lipo. I recommend Vaser liposuction to help tighten the skin in the areas being liposuctioned. You could add a mini Abdominoplasty as well to remove the excess skin from the abdomen, it would not effect your ability to conceive but would possibly need revised after childbirth. A: Everyone is different, and require different amounts of time for recovery. I recommend that all of my patients walk every few hours for 10-20 minutes when recovering to profits healthy blood flow. With Knee liposuction I tell patients to be prepared to be off for at least a week. You may have swelling, drainage, pain, etc. if you have a very short commute, you could get back to work on week 2.
