Very Excited About my Results!

Dr. Richards did more than an amazing job with my procedures! I am five days post-surgery and although I am still swollen with bruising I can tell he did an excellent job. I had a breast revision and liposuction of my flanks, back, and abdomen. I have a beautiful curvy shape that is natural looking. Him and his staff were wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable, listened to me, and...

Scars look fantastic 4 weeks post op & I didn’t have any bruising

I researched reviews of surgeons for months to make a decision and once I narrowed it down to just a few, it took me a couple weeks to decided ultimately which doctor to choose. Just for reference I even considered traveling abroad to have my procedure done. Finally I choose Dr....

3 days post op and couldn't be happier with my experience and results

My experience with Dr Richards was nothing short of amazing. I felt very well taken care of from start to finish. I'm only 3 days post op and couldn't be happier with my experience and results. He is very skilled and his team is wonderful. I wouldn't trust anyone else. If you are considering cosmetic surgery he is the Dr for you.

Q: How long should I wait after chin liposuction before using Botox in the area?
Answered by Dr. RichardsJanuary 12, 2023

A: After chin lipo, you can use botox anytime, even the day of the procedure. Best of luck. - Rebbie Newsome, PA (Richards Cosmetic Surgery, Med Spa, and Laser Center), Las Vegas, NV

Q: Is there a way to reverse Botox if it’s injected improperly? (photo)
Answered by TrevorJanuary 3, 2019

A: Forehead Botox can indefinitely be a case by case basis. A very typical misconception is if it is not frozen, it is not working. The #1 goal with Botox is treating wrinkles, while keeping natural, soft movement. If Botox becomes too heavy, massaging the area, using a vibration tool, or over expressing can help wear-off the harsh, over treated area.

Q: I had the Halo laser treatment and I could smell burning flesh during the treatment. Is this normal?
Answered by Dr. RichardsMay 6, 2018

A: Thank you for this question. We frequently perform Halo treatments, usually in combination with BBL. We use cooling and vacuums to help suck away the burning smell. I hope this helps.

Q: Eye twitching after Botox. (Photo)
Answered by Dr. RichardsMay 7, 2016

A: Thank you for your question.

It is unlikely that botox would cause twitching. What likely has happened, is that botox has worked in certain areas but may not have had an effect in the area that appears to "twitch". You should talk to your injector and discuss what happened.

Best of luck.

Q: How long does Botox and Juvederm filler take to see results?
Answered by Dr. RichardsFebruary 27, 2016

A: Thank you for your question

Botox: starts kicking in within 2-3 days and reaches full effect in 2 weeks

Filler: the results are immediate although usually accompanied with some degree of swelling that subsides.

I hope this helps.
