I'm Only 19, Does a Breast Lift Seem "Out of the Question"? (photo)

Somehow my breast have become droopy, saggy, and completely different. I was thinking of getting the surgery to lift them...any advice? I want them to be perky and higher...is this possible with breast like mine? :)

A: Options for breast lift surgery

Your do have significant breast sagging even at the young age of 19.  Unfortunately your breast shape can only be corrected with a breast lift.  A consultation with a plastic surgeon will help you understand your options.

Do I Need a Lift 7 Months Post Implants? (photo)

Hello: I had a primary breast augmentation in July - 500cc smooth silicone under the muscle through the areola. Developed capsular contracture in my left breast and my right has dropped below the point where I liked it. I am also attaching a picture from before anything was done to me. I want both my breasts to look like my right did at 2 months after the surgery (refer to picture). Any way to achieve that without doing a lift? Why did the right drop so much if it wasn't droopy before? Thanks!

A: Post augmentation issues

You probably need an acellular derma matrix on both breast.  On the right side for internal support and on the left side to help prevent recurrent capsule.  A mastopexy may also be needed depending on how things look with the matrix in place.  Donald R. Nunn MD  Atlanta Plastic Surgeon.

What Area is Cut when Doing a Breat Lift?

What Area is Cut when Doing a Breat Lift?

A: Incisions for Breast Lift

The incisions for a breast lift depend on the amount of ptosis (sagging) of the breasts.  The incisions can vary from just around the areola, around the areola and down the lower center of breasts (lollipop), or around the areola and down the lower center of breasts and in the crease. (anchor).  Having a consult with a board certified plastic surgeon will help determine which lift if any is best for you.
