Nelson Castillo, MD

Dr Castillo is a go-to for a breast implant revision or breast lift with implants. He creates amazing results and takes you along the journey with care. He was incredibly attentive at all times, detailed oriented, and thorough. Having a doctor who educates you on the procedure and outcomes is incredibly important and he does just that. He keeps you up to date with progress, healing, and of course the status of your appearance changing. The results could not have been better in general, and especially with where I was starting from. The aesthetics look amazing (symmetry, size, feel,nipple placement, lift, etc.)!! I was dealing with capsular contracture in L breast and a ruptured implant in R breast and you can’t even tell in the final outcome. Could not be more pleased from an aesthetic standpoint and patient care standpoint.

If I could give greater than 5 stars I would! From start to finish Dr. Castillo was absolutely amazing! To say he exceeded my expectations would be an understatement! He did a phenomenal job! After breastfeeding for a total of 6 years between 3 babies, and having deflated, tuberous breasts, I am a new woman! I had a lift and augmentation and I could not be happier with my results. The patient care I received from consultation to post op and beyond was amazing and honestly it’s the kind of care you don’t hear of much, he really cares about his patients, he’s available, an expert in his field, and ready to help and answer questions. Would highly recommend him! Will be going back for a different procedure next year.

Best Botox I’ve ever had. I’ve had filler before, but never with a cannula, and the placement was incredibly smooth and natural. Dr. Castillo took the time to really listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and checked in on me afterward, which I truly appreciated. The results are refreshed, balanced, and never overdone. Highly recommend.

I’ve never worked with a doctor as impressive as him. His bedside manner truly stands out, and it’s clear he takes pride in both his craft and the well-being of his patients. I spent a long time searching for the right surgeon, meeting with several others first, but he immediately stood out because he genuinely listens and takes your goals seriously. I had 3 syringes of bellafill injected to my forehead by Dr. Nelson Castillo of Atlanta in October 2025 over 2 sessions. You can see from the before/after this was very effective at moderating fairly deep forehead wrinkles and the 11’s at the lower forehead. Forehead wrinkles are one of the toughest problems to solve. There is no surgical solution, since a brow/forehead lift moves the entire forehead structure up, preserving whatever wrinkles are in place. Widespread procedures include Botox, lasers, and microneedling – tried them all, and all nothing burgers for me. Bellafill is the only permanent filler on the market. I am very surprised bellafill has a 50% worth-it rating on realself, because I had 12 syringes of bellafill injected to my cheeks and nasolabial folds about 6 years ago. The result is fantastic and lives up to its permanent characterization. For the forehead, Dr. Castillo did one syringe in the first session, and two syringes in the second session. If I had it to do over, I would have gone one syringe per session, since the two-syringe session gave a lot of swelling/redness. Many doctors/injectors will not inject the forehead with bellafill, so I was happy to find Dr. Castillo locally. The result is still settling, since this is about one month after the 2nd treatment. I will post an update in a few months. Bellafill for the forehead is probably one of the most underperformed procedures in Plastic Surgery (not surgery), because it is possibly the ONLY procedure that will substantially alleviate deep forehead wrinkles. I cannot rave about this doctor and his practice enough. From the moment I made an appointment, to 6 weeks post op, I have been continuously impressed. The staff break everything down so you know exactly what to expect cost wise. Dr. Castillo treated me so well, and did such an amazing job, that I can’t imagine going anywhere else for any future needs. I went to Dr. Castillo for my breast reduction and I can't say enough amazing things about my experience. From the consultation, surgery to post op follow up visits, I am beyond satisfied. A few things that were a deciding factor for me choosing to go with Dr. Castillo was his thoroughness in the consultation, his honest feedback about possible results (not just telling me what I wanted to hear) and his genuine care for my desired safe outcome.
