How Hard is It to Actually "Block" the Blood Flow when Using Dermal Fillers?

Why is this considered a "rare" complication, it must be hard to do by accident? Please explain in detail

A: Blocking blood vessels with fillers

Occlusion of blood vessels by fillers is potentially a serious side effect.  It depends on the viscousity of the fillers and the anatomical site.  The thcker and more long lasting fillers are more likely to cause this complication.  Some areas of the face eg. the glabella and the fossae above the eyeteeth adjacent to the alae of the nose[canine fossae] are two particularly dangerous areas for this complication.

A: Fillers to reshape the nose

Fillers are a excellent way to restore volume and recontour the nose.  It works well on the radix, the columella and side walls.  I have used it as well after rhinoplasty.

Will Tretinoin for Acne Cause a Tattoo to Fade?

I Have Acne on my Back. Im Using Tretinoin 0.025% at Night. I have a large tattoo on my back as well. Will using the tretinoin cause my tattoo to fade?

A: Tattoo fading with tretinoin?

The only way that the tattoo would fade would be if there were peeling of the skin and the tattoo pigment was very superficially placed.  The strength of the tretinoin you are using seems mild on the thick skin of the back and probably is not causing desquamation of the skin.
