Dr. Pilest has been treating my very stubborn Melasma and my skin is glowing! I was so self-conscious of my dull and pigmented skin before but now I can wear little to no makeup and feel great! We started with the Cosmelan peel then a series of Sali peels with Diamond Glow and I am thrilled with the results.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr.Pilest and his office!! I will never go anywhere else for injectable a again!! He has the softest touch making the experience very comfortable!! Dr. Pilest is the absolute best when it comes to injectables. I have had my fillers and Botox done both by him and have never experienced a more gentle touch. His superior technique left me with little to no bruising , and the results were like no other injector I've had in the past. My experience with Dr.Pileest was amazing. The staff is amazing and so kind, love all the girls. They make you feel so comfortable. I came to Dr. Pilest on March 31, 2017, I had sever cystic acne around my jawline. Very painful. Once he saw me and took the time to explain all the different treatments that can help, he highly suggested The photo dynamic skin therapy (PDT). He recommended 3 sessions. The treatment itself is painful, lasts about 15-20 minutes each session. The girls were so kind to stay and hold my hand while the laser was on. (Thank you) I got treated every two weeks. The process was very dramatic in a way that my skin was purging the bad. When I would worry, I would call the office and let them know how I was feeling or what was happening and they took the time to explain what was going on. After my last treatment I had a follow up and I was healing correctly. Everything as planned. A year later I am acne free! & I am so happy to have made the choice to trust Dr. Pillest. He really knows what’s best and what he’s doing! Thank you so much. We are now treating my acne scars (minimal) with 3 sessions of micro needling, and TCA injections. I work hard for my money and if I’m spending it, I want to put my skin in the best hands. Dr. Pilest’s hands are steady, capable, and experienced. His eye is that of an artist. And his heart? Dr. Pilest is the only Doctor I trust to perform any of my injections. I don't do much but the tweaks here and there are so natural and make me look like a more rested and prettier version of myself. Today I got undereye filler and Xeomin! I love the immediate results of the undereye filler! I will definitely be back for all of my dermatology needs!

Amazing!! Dr Pilest is the BEST. He is so nice and friendly and his staff is very helpful. They really take time to make you feel comfortable and listen to your needs. My lips are noticeably fuller but look completely natural. They are perfect I am sooooo happy with my results. I had my lips done once previously by my plastic surgeon and it was extremely painful, I bruised and experienced a lot of swelling. With Dr Pilest the procedure was painless and I did not bruise or swell at all. I also had my smile lines filled and I honestly look 21 again. What a big difference such a little thing makes. Dr Pilest is the best, hands down. I will never go anywhere else, I highly recommend him.

Treatment: botox for pain. Dr is professional, understanding,responsive, very nice. He helps me. All his staff is friendly, helpful, always greet you with a smile ready to help. The office is state of the art.
