Dr. Aria is Amazing
While the surgeries were a LOT more difficult than I anticipated, the entire team at Roxbury is amazing. Dr. Aria was spectacular from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made me feel comfortable, and delivered outstanding surgical care. Dr. Aria went above and beyond at every step and his compassion, skill and professionalism made this a positive experience. I highly recommend him to anyone and am blessed to have had this experience.

Don’t Delay!
I had over 2 liters of lipedema removed from my arms in January. Also, Dr Aria did rejuvion on my upper arms. What an amazing difference!!! I went from a tight arm/baggy body size large blouse to a comfortable medium fitting like a “normal” shirt within about a month post op after the swelling started to subside. The numbness and pain I’d experienced before surgery is entirely gone! It was and expensive and painful surgery, but worth it! Dr Aria is very skilled!

Absolutely astounding! I adore Dr. Amron and his team completely! They are extremely compassionate and professional. My case presented a few challenges and I never felt like an inconvenience. They take the time to explain every step in treatment!

Dr Amron and his staff were absolutely amazing. I never felt anxious, they were all so attentive and kind, answered any questions I had. I am 4 days post op and I can already see how life changing this procedure is going to be. Highly highly recommend Dr. Smart and his team in Salt Lake for Lipedema surgery. I had my thighs and calves treated at his office. I am extremely happy with my results and left feeling like everyone in the office was a genuine friend. They were there for any questions along the way and made me feel comfortable.

Wonderful. Dr Aria is knowledgeable, confident, and very kind. While I always felt 100% confident in the ALT’s ability to treat my lipedema, Dr. Aria made my family feel just as confident and comfortable. All the the surgical staff was fantastic, Sabrina who prepped me for surgery and Mike with anesthesia, who kept this desert girl comfortable in a cold OR.
