How can I get rid of my nasolabial folds? (Photo)

Based on your photos, you appear to be a good candidate for filler treatment of the nasolabial folds, if this is your main concern.  I would recommend seeing a facial plastic surgeon in consultation to determine what the best treatment options are for you.    

For nasolabial folds, I recommend a combination approach to get the most improvement: fillers for the folds themselves and Sculptra to provide anatomical support through collagen building. Lasers and microneedling/PRP will improve texture and tone while Ultherapy/radiofrequency treatments will provide skin tightening and lift. The best treatment would be filler in the nasolabial groove and also in the cheeks to balance the whole mid face. In older individuals surgery can be an option as well. RegardsDr. J

 I completely understand your frustration and concern, however better photographs and or physical examination would be optimal to provide complete recommendations. It appears from your photograph that fat transfer to your nasolabial folds and mid face would be your best option. You are still a bit young for a mini facelift and the amount of volume needed makes other injectable fillers a very expensive alternative. Hi, looking at your photo, I think the best approach would be to use a long lasting volumizing treatment like a fat transfer or Bellafill with PRP (Vampire Facelift) to the lateral cheeks to pull up the folds a little bit with some volumization of the folds as well. I would then use a very superficial filler like Belotero or Restylane Silk to target any etching in the skin. Targeting just the folds without treating the volume loss in the cheeks would be a mistake as it will not look natural. You can also use products like Juvederm Voluma, Restylane Lyft, or Sculptra, but these are all temporary and with the volume that you will require, you will want to have a treatment that lasts for 5 years or more.

There are absolutely options for addressing these nasolbial folds. This is a common concern for most women, at some point. Fortunately, there are good treatments available.
Generally, the promience of nasolabial folds begins when there is a loss of support in the upper face.  This is often related to skin laxity or to a loss of volume in the fat pads of the face.  This can happen for a variety of reasons including genetics, aging and sudden weight loss.  
The best approach to treating this area is to identify the cause.  Often, laser treatments help increase skin tone and improved skin tone can make a significant difference in the appearance of these folds.  Intradermal fillers are a very reliable way to correct this issue, it is important, however that the filler is placed strategically by someone with expertise in working with this challenge.  Correcting the loss of volume in the appropriate places, as opposed to just filling the lines will give you a more natural result. Thank you for your question and photo. I think you would be a great candidate for a hyaluronic acid dermal filler treatment to your nasolabial folds, or "smile lines," to help soften them. Thank you for your question & photo!  I am happy to provide you with a few suggestions regarding the areas I can see in the picture. 
It is difficult to say for sure since the picture is cut off and does not show the full face, however it does appear that there is more volume loss in your right cheek which could be contributing to the right nasolabial fold being deeper than the left. If that is the case, then I would recommend a little dermal filler in the right cheek to create more symmetry which will indirectly improve the nasolabial fold. Then also addressing the nasolabial folds with filler to soften their appearance.

Hi there and thanks for your question and photo. You'd be a great candidate for fillers! However, don't be tempted to only treat the nasolabial fold. As we age, the fat pads in our face separate and lose volume. We also have bone loss near the nose. These two factors often result in the dreaded nasolabial folds (cue scary music). But we need to address the CAUSE (volume and bone loss and fat pad migration) and not just the symptom. Midface injections should always be considered first. Replacing that bone and building a scaffolding to LIFT the area will many times correct it! Only after the midface is addressed should one go after those folds. This will prevent getting an even heavier lower face. The great news is that hope is not lost and many many like you have had fantastic results aging gracefully :)
