Had an alarplasty with Dr Janjua and he is an artist with this procedure. I am very, very happy with my results! He made a lot of effort in making sure that I have minimal scarring because of my concerns with scarring from a previous surgery (not performed by him).

My only criticism of Dr Janjua is that he is very enthusiastic in sharing his work and his patients results even when they prefer anonymity. Yes, he definitely does a excellent job, but sometimes your patients don't share that same enthusiasm in showcasing their surgical results.

Over almost 35 years of multiple and unsatisfactory rhinoplasties with other doctors in search of a great nose, i found Dr. Janjua on this site. He did suggest - that while another revision rhinoplasy would not be suitable (diminishing returns for sure!) - an alarplasty would get me closer to my desired results. And he was correct! I love the results! The moral of my very long journey to a great nose is to seek the best possible doctor for what you are looking for so that you can hopefully do the procedure only once. Shame i didn't find a Dr. Janjua 35 years ago (pre-internet - don't judge) but am really happy to have found him now. Dr. Janjua is truly fantastic! He is patient, sincere, caring and was considerate of my doubts and hesitations that the alarplasty would 'make a difference for me' - just a lovely man. Plus he has an efficient and pleasant staff with him to work out any and all details. His response time is excellent, his pre and after-care instructions are easily accessible and i cannot recommend him more highly for his alarplasty work. Thank you to Dr. Janjua and his wonderful staff!

Dr.Janjua and his entire staff were incredible. He met with me several times to answer any questions and calm my fears. Walked me through the procedure process step by step and went over recovery in detail. I had chin liposuction with skin tightening and it’s been the best decision of my life. The day of the procedure he and the staff made me feel safe and confident in their abilities the entire time. The outcome was truly better than I could have ever imagined. It was overall a painless procedure and recovery, with follow up appointments to ensure everything was healing well. Dr. Janjua and his entire team are well worth it and I would gladly use them again!

Really happy with my alarplasty experience. I travelled from out of state. I chose Dr. Janjua due to his extensive experience in this procedure and diverse range of noses he has worked on. The procedure was done under local anesthesia. Dr. Janjua and his team were amazing and made accommodations for my surgery anxiety. The procedure was pretty quick. I was quite swollen for the first week. I've documented some images of the healing process to show how swollen it was at first.

Now, at the two week mark the swelling has completely subsided. There are scars, but they're well hidden in the groove and not noticeable to others. The doctor provided some products to fade the scars over the next couple months. The nostril shape and sides look very natural. Dr. Janjua did a fantastic job with the alarplasty balancing my other features. Highly recommend!

Super grateful for Dr. Janjua accepting the challenge to fix the issue I was left with from awful surgery; I went to many surgeons for help but none was willing to accept the challenge, saying it was too risky for then and could potentially make it worse. I am now 1 year post op with Dr.Janjua and am very happy and so relieved I was able to fix the deformity; it has restored my confidence; I appreciate you so much!!! Healing process was a beeeze too! Also, staff here is amazing and was very patient with my claustrophobic fits during procedure ; and the whole process was very smooth and practical. Also, they are located in the most beautiful part of NJ. Thank you very much Doc and the Staff!!!

I highly recommend Dr. Janjua! I recently had an upper blepharoplasty and am very happy with the outcome. My eyes look natural and more youthful. I am quite impressed with the results just after 5 weeks.

In my early 20s I went to a dermatologist for my acne, my acne was not treated correctly and I was left with two small scars on my right cheek and other small acne scars on my face. For about 4 years I searched what procedure and Dr. would be the best fit. I came across one of Dr. Janjuas scar revision videos on YouTube (after I had said a small prayer). I liked that he was transparent with all his procedures in each video I watched, I then decided to schedule a consultation. Dr. Janjua gladly accepted to do a scar revision procedure but first recommended a surgeon near me. Dr. Janjua’s adeptness in treating scars, positive and amiable personality reassured me that I was going to be in safe hands, so I didn’t mind flying across the country.

On the day of my surgery I was all at once nervous, and optimistic about the procedure. I was initially going to have 3 incisions but my nerves caught up to me as Dr. Janjua was about to start with the procedure and I asked for two. Dr. Janjua patiently and kindly accommodated my wishes. Everything went smoothly and 3 months post-op the results exceeded my expectations. I did expose one of my incisions to the sun which incurred redness and swelling in that area, it’s been waning (which is my fault because he cautions us to say out of the sun and wear sunscreen ). I’m eternally grateful for Dr. Janjua’s competence & care. I will be going back for another scar revision procedure, I hope all goes well again!
