I had wanted lips for years but was always a little nervous to put the money towards something that there was a possibility I wouldn’t like. Now the question is.. why did I wait so long??? Shauna is an extremely talented injector! She is very knowledgeable and took her time with me discussing placement and possible products. The staff at Trilogy is hands down the best! They are awesome!
Dr Reuben and staff are (for lack of a better word) awesome. A friend recommended him and I was definitely not disappointed. The whole experience has been wonderful. From my initial consultation I knew I was in the right place. He went through everything with me and left no stone unturned. He was very attentive to my requests and I will never regret choosing him. The day of surgery went so...
My experience with Trilogy medical center and Dr. Brian Reuben have been excellent. After meeting with several plastic surgeons, I knew that Dr. Reuben was the one I wanted to perform the surgery. I had a breast lift with implants. From my first visit to the last, the staff and Dr. Reuben have been helpful, thorough in answering all my questions, and really listened to what result I hoped to...
A: Hi there. Thanks for your question and photos. There may be a muscular component to the part right above your brows. Have you had Botox/Dysport/etc. to this area before? If not, that's what I would try first. The procerus and corrugator muscles can become quite pronounced in some people, leading to a heavier "Neanderthal" brow. Quieting these down consistently will make them smaller over time, hopefully to the point that you aren't bothered by your profile! As for fillers, this can be a really difficult area to fill and can even be dangerous. If choosing filler, make sure a reversible filler is used and placed down on bone by an experienced injector.
Hope this helps!

A: Hi there. Thanks for your question and photos. Subscision (cutting the scar tissue under the hole), microneedling to stimulate collagen and PRP injection may likely do the trick (also known as the "vampire facial" with PRP injections). The microneedling will break up the existing scar tissue at the skin level and stimulate new collagen to grow. The PRP is platelet-rich plasma that is essentially like making all natural fertilizer out of your own bloodstream. It will amplify and enhance the microneedling's effects. I've had GREAT success treating scars like this.
Hope this helps,

A: Thanks for your question and your photos. I'm not able to see really well your cheeks before and after. When addressing the undereye hollowness, many times you DO need to first add support and foundation to the cheek so that you don't wind up looking convex. Other times, just treating the undereye is sufficient. I can see the hollowness that you're talking about, so I would definitely want to put filler there, but I just can't tell if I would also need to treat the cheek or where it was treated already.
Hope this helps a little,

A: I'm sure if you ask 10 of us, you may get 10 different ideas! From my perspective, a tiny bit of toxin can help smooth the component that is from the muscle. I would also have you start a combination of SkinMedica's TNS Eye Repair to help tighten that skin and get new skin growing faster and Skin Better's Lines cream to help plump of that skin. It sounds counterproductive, but is THE best combo I've found for topical treatment! Additionally, I would use Restylane Refyne and a cannula.
Hope this helps!

A: Hi there. Thanks for your question and photos. Depending on the product, amount, and placement, you may be "lumpy, bumpy" for about 2 weeks after injections. If you still are at that point, let your injector know- you may need some simple massage of the area, or you may need to followup in person if the filler has migrated or encapsulated. Don't be worried if the filler looks different every day of the first two weeks- that's very normal during the healing process!
Hope this helps,
