Patiently spent a couple hours going over all my questions, concerns, and desired outcomes.

I had a septo-rhinoplasty with a nasal valve collapse repair. Desired result was mainly deprojection and lowering the bridge, she did also recommend tip refinement and straightening a hump/curve while adding a supratip break. My nose is boney, narrow, and thin skinned... also you could see the cartilage split in the tip, which was boxy. Functionally, one side closed while breathing in. My concern was that the procedure would widen my nose or look "scooped" vs straight.



She corrected the collapse, brought together the tip cartilage, corrected the boxy tip to be more triangular, deprojected the nose and brought down the radix while keeping the straight shape I preferred.



It is aesthetically more balanced, Functionally improved, and so natural that nobody would know... looks like I was born with it.



I am now 3 months out and will update at 1 year for full results.

Dr. Rogal gave me the nose I always wanted! At the consultation, we focused on removing the hump in my nose and refining the tip, while keeping my nose natural-looking and creating a more harmonious appearance for my face. After the surgery, this is exactly what she achieved! My nose is looking great just one month post-op, and continues to look better every day! My breathing has improved as well. Throughout the process, Dr. Rogal and her staff were kind, patient, professional, and informative, ensuring a comfortable surgery and recovery process. I can't recommend Dr. Rogal enough!

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Rogal and her staff. She is kind and patient, always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, and answer all my questions. She made my nose exactly what I wanted but still looks so natural. Staff is also extremely friendly and helpful in person and via telephone. They also checked in constantly after my surgery to make sure I was feeling ok. Dr. Rogal is AMAZING! She and her staff are polite, friendly and extremely respectful. She very carefully and patiently explained the procedure that I was having done and answered all of my questions in great detail. After seeing how nervous I was, not only did Dr. Rogal do her absolute best to calm my fears... she even held my hand! She is an absolute professional and gifted at what she does.
