Patiently spent a couple hours going over all my questions, concerns, and desired outcomes. I had a septo-rhinoplasty with a nasal valve collapse repair. Desired result was mainly deprojection and lowering the bridge, she did also recommend tip refinement and straightening a hump/curve while adding a supratip break. My nose is boney, narrow, and thin skinned... also you could see the cartilage split in the tip, which was boxy. Functionally, one side closed while breathing in.
