Dent in my forehead, possible caused by overgrown or bulging procerus muscle. Thoughts?

luvsaesthetic
I’ve injected Botox religiously every three months for the past two years, have injected Restylane, and recently did PDO threads and Ulthera (9 months ago). However, I still have this dent in my forehead that I believe is caused by an overgrown or bulging Procerus muscle. I’m in the Los Angeles area if anyone is willing to take a look : )
