I'm now nearing 5 weeks post op and feel amazing

Total of (2) Surgeries so far: -Back in 2016, I went to Dr. Ringler for breast augmentation. I gave birth to my daughter in 2015 and wanted back to my pre-pregnancy breast size/shape (breastfeeding did a doozie on me). The office staff made me feel welcomed, confident, and heard. Dr. Ringler walked me through everything, showed me photo examples of people with my body type and request, and...

I Am a Total Wimp, and Never Had Pain! This Team is AMAZING!

Amazing! The office staff, medical staff and Dr. Ringler provided unparalleled care and skill in every aspect of my experience. I had a full lift with incision around my entire mid-section, lipo on my flanks and fat reinjection into my butt. I am beyond thrilled with my results just six weeks recovered from my procedure. I never believed I would no longer have an "apron belly" or the...

I'm so beyond thrilled with my results

Excellent. I'm so beyond thrilled with my results. I'm so glad I finally decided to do this for myself, and that I found such an amazing surgeon. From start to finish I felt confident in my surgeon and the staff at the office, and with the help of Lauren who walked me through and answered any questions I had and made sure that I was happy throughout the entire experience.

Beyond Exceeded my Expectations

Years ago I had Dr. Ringler do a fat transfer on my face from losing so much weight. I was so happy with my results. I came back with another goal in mind I was greeted warmly. What impressed me was that Brooke recognized me as a previous patient. I came in to have consultation with Dr Ringler he was very kind and courteous as ever. He was so thorough and knowledgeable at explaining...

Absolutely worth it - would highly recommend this procedure

I consulted a couple of surgeons and the staff (Lauren) within Dr. Ringler's office and his bedside manner were both exceptional. I had a platysmaplasty with submental liposuction with Dr. Ringer and only wish I had elected to do this sooner. I was treated with kindness when I asked for a surgery reschedule, the scheduler found an alternative date soon after. I had zero pain and mild...

Q: What treatment will help fix my significantly uneven nasolabial lines? (Photos)
Answered by Dani Douglass-PA-CSeptember 30, 2020

A: Based on the images provided it's difficult to make a full and accurate assessment as to whether this is caused by a volume deficiency or is a result of muscle movement with animation. If in fact the asymmetry is caused by volume deficiency, filler can be used to correct this. I recommend you seek an in-person consultation with an experienced and licensed provider in your area.

Q: How soon after having .5ml lip fillers can I have 1ml extra?
Answered by Dani Douglass-PA-CSeptember 30, 2020

A: For patients who wish to have more volume I typically recommend waiting until lips are fully healed from initial injection. This varies from patient to patient but generally speaking is about 2 weeks following initial injection. We want to make sure that there is no residual swelling, bruising or inflammatory process before adding additional filler.

Q: Help? Botox filler or vitamins for this rapidly aging face? (Photo)
Answered by Dani Douglass-PA-CSeptember 30, 2020

A: Thank you for your question. It is difficult to make a full assessment based on photos alone; however, there are a few educational points to make in terms of aging. After the age of 30 collagen production decreases at rate of 1-3%, additionally we begin to experience bony resorption, ligamentous laxity and fat pad migration. While the filler can address the volume loss and neurotoxin is preventing deepening of lines and wrinkles, the overall skin health is not being addressed. For overall skin health and rejuvenation I recommend two things. First, medical grade skincare. Start with a vitamin C serum, retinol, and I cannot stress this enough -- daily sunscreen! This is something you can do for your skin twice a day to help protect and nourish aging skin. Second, I recommend ablative procedures to induce collagen stimulation. My two favorite procedures are the Halo laser and micro needling. I recommend an in-person consultation with a provider in your area to determine if you are a candidate for above mentioned procedures and to counsel you on risks indications and benefits of treatment. Hope this helps!

Q: What treatment should I get to better my skin? (Photo)
Answered by Katie Goodwin - PA-CSeptember 8, 2020

A: Thank you for your question! Broadband Light(BBL) is a great treatment for your concerns. It targets pigmentation(browns and reds) in the skin. We typically recommend a series of 4 treatments for correction and maintenance treatments twice a year. It is best to consult with a licensed provider for more specific treatment recommendations. Best of luck!

Q: I had an accident in December 2019 and I broke 10 of my ribs. I would like to do some abdominal CoolSculpting. Is it OK?
Answered by Katie Goodwin - PA-CSeptember 8, 2020

A: Thank you for your question! It is perfectly safe to do coolsculpting this long after a fracture. The treatment is not typically done directly over bony areas. It is best to consult with your provider on their specific recommendations. Best of luck!
