Thank you for your question & photo! I am happy to provide you with a few suggestions regarding the areas I can see in the picture.
It is difficult to say for sure since the picture is cut off and does not show the full face, however it does appear that there is more volume loss in your right cheek which could be contributing to the right nasolabial fold being deeper than the left. If that is the case, then I would recommend a little dermal filler in the right cheek to create more symmetry which will indirectly improve the nasolabial fold. Then also addressing the nasolabial folds with filler to soften their appearance.

Thank you for your question & photo. Of course seeing you in person, seeing your full face and speaking to you would be ideal because the first and most important question I would ask is what specifically bothers you and what would you like to see improved? That is what would ultimately guide my treatment plan and recommendations, however I am happy to provide you with a few different suggestions in regards to the areas I can see in the picture.
A little filler in the oral commissures will help correct the slight downturn at the corners of your mouth. Also, sculpting and smoothing the contours of your jawline with dermal filler would look beautiful aesthetically, while softening the marionette lines (which are very minor in your case) as well.
The left nasolabial fold appears slightly deeper than the right. This could be related to mid-face volume loss and corrected with a little filler in the cheeks OR simply a little filler in the left nasolabial area could achieve more symmetry.
