Can botox or filler give me cat eyes?

If there is hollowness around eyes, then filler injection can help but eyelid positions don't change with filler.

No, Botox and fillers cannot be used to change the shape of the eyes as you are would like. I would consult with a plastic surgeon for additional surgical options.

To my knowledge there is no way to change the shape of your eyes using botox or fillers into "cat eyes". That would require and canthopexy eyelid surgery.
