Hi, I had under-eye filler when I was 23. Although I wasnt completely happy with the result, it did help somewhat with my under-eye darkness and skin texture. A few years later, a dermatologist dissolved the filler with hyaluronidase. After that, the area became very hollow, and the texture turned uneven and gritty. I left it alone for a while, but later a plastic surgeon added more filler, which looked okay at first. However, over time the area developed that same gritty texture again, and the filler has become quite noticeableeven under makeup. Ive always had some genetic under-eye vascularity, but now its much more visible. People often ask if I have a bruise, especially under my left eye, which is also a bit puffier. Its been years since my last treatment, and I even tried a topical cream that claims to dissolve filler, but it didnt help. Is there any treatment or surgical option available to resurface and improve the texture and appearance of my under-eye area?
I even got some dissolved a few months ago but its still kinda bulgy / shiny in certain lighting . Its making me very self conscious and Im not sure what to do next . My current injector said thats why she refuses to do under eyes because it always ends up looking bad almost every time .., is there anything I can do to fix it that isnt surgery ?
Hi - I've not had filler ( apart from under my eyes and a tiny bit in my jawline far bac) for a few years. I recently saw some photographs of me from seven years ago.- I look significantly younger, but I'm not sure why. I can see I have volume loss maybe in my upper cheeks and possibly mid lower lip but would love to hear your professional take on what areas of my face have lost volume and what filler 'fixes' this the best. Weight wise I am 130 pounds. Seven years ago I was 125 so not a huge change. I am 49 yrs old.
Hello, I lost a lot of weight and now my face is thin which has aged me greatly. What can I do to replace that facial volume that is permanent and non-surgical? Is Renuva the best option? Im afraid of permanent face fillers causing autoimmune issues and Im afraid of a fat transfer being unsuccessful
I wanted to get 1ml dermal filler and the dermatologist said that its difficult to use the filler in both canulla and needle as i wanted nasiolabal folds and pyiform fossa injected so he couldnt do it. Is it easy enough to transfer the filler into a canulla from a needle or vice versa? Thank you
Hi...I have a confirmed biofilm from ha filler in my cheek and significant volume loss from the corticosteroid shots I was given afterward. I've been told PRP and PRF may be too risky, but a cursory reading online makes it look like PRGF may be safe. Is that the case? Any insight would be most appreciated. Thank you.
