Would my autoimmune disease be a prohibitive factor in getting toxins and fillers?

I have rheumatoid arthritis and am 34 years old and am on Humira. I have been considering possibly getting some filler for my lips and nose (Irish bump), also some Botox or Dysport for some fine lines. Would my autoimmune disease be a prohibitive factor in getting these? It there something else I should be considering that isn’t as impactful on my health?
