As far as I know there are no contraindications to using fillers in people with autoimmune diseases. Beware, you are at higher risk for infections . Stick to Hyaluronic acid fillers, less immune response to them ? And easy to dissolve if problems arise 

Even with autoimmune disease, you can still have fillers and neuromodulators. You are at a higher risk of developing granulomas and nodules. Therefore, it is not recommended that you get injected with non HA filler. Collagen stimulating fillers such as Radiesse, Sculptra, and Bellafill are the highest risk for developing nodules and granulomas with an autoimmune disease and you must stay away from these. The immune system is on overdrive in your body and overproduction or abnormal production of collagen or immune response to PLLA, PMMA, or Ca hydroxyapatite is possible.
