Hi, I was told by my doctor not to exercise strenuously for 24 hours after injections. However, I was running late for the subway and actually ended up sprinting for 2-3 minutes straight in order to make the train. I was wearing about a 10-pound backpack. This was 2 hours after being injected with Voluma. Is it possible the fillers migrated downward? What can I do in order to fix this? Should I massage the area and push the fillers upward? I'm very nervous about this! Any advice is appreciated!!

I always think it best to be in good health before having any kind of cosmetic procedure. Why risk it? So, reschedule your filler appointment until after your infection has completely cleared.
