Was recommended to Dr. Guerras office after my sister and my mom both had procedures with him and I couldn't be happier! From my first consultation Dr. Guerra and his staff made me feel comfortable and guided me through every step of the process. They were also helpful with scheduling the follow up appts and were more than willing to accommodate my schedule. Would highly recommend Dr. Guerra and his staff!

Dr. Guerra is a phenomenal plastic surgeon! Not only his bed side manners are genuine he is a master at giving you you the results you are looking for. I'm loving my results so far on my tummy tuck, my scar is low perfect symmetric line, my new belly button looks natural! I love the whole team. They are professional, sweet and detail oriented. I highly recommend Guerra Plastic Surgery Center, no regrets! AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!

Great experience and arms much improved. You can see my hard won muscular biceps now. Scar is discretely hidden so cannot be seen from the front. Healing nicely at 3 month mark. Micro-needling was recommended to minimize the scars, and I'm in process and thinking it's working.

My thighs have always been the least favorite part of my body as my particular chubby-thighed anatomy, rapid and repeated weight loss, and the addition of stretch marks, all contributed to the skin in that area being very lax. I now feel much more confident in wearing skirts, shorts and even bathing suits with my new, defined, and tighter thighs.

I can't say enough about the results of the tuck. I now have a very flat youthful tummy with minimal scars (which I know will fade to practical invisibility). Not only that, the recovery was much easier than anticipated. No hesitation in recommending.

I'm still recovering from my breast augmentation surgery so I have not gotten to see my final results, but my experience has been nothing but great! Dr Guerra and everyone in the office has been very nice.
I felt very prepared for what I would experience for my surgery and recovery.

I had my surgery 6/25/2021, with Dr. Guerra. I had done a lot of research, reviews, before and after photos and cost, and Dr. Guerra kept coming up. He had tons of great reviews and his before and after photos were amazing. He’s also double board certified and received lots of awards. I scheduled my consult with him in May and had a list of questions to ask him. When I arrived, the staff were very friendly, offered me some water then after a few minutes they called me to the back. I was speaking with one of the office girls for a bit, she was asking me what look I desired, and what my goal size was, and gave me some info to read over. I changed into a robe top and she escorted me to a different room and we went and took my before pics. We went back into the room and Dr. Guerra joined us. He was really nice, we went over a lot of details, I asked him all my questions, he answered them all. He wanted to make sure that I knew about capsular contracture, that it was rare, but it’s a possibility, let him know that I’d already known about it. He does lots of procedures, but mainly breasts, he told me he does over 400 breast augmentation annually. I was really happy with how I felt, I wasn’t stressed or nervous, but I was EXCITED!! I got to try on the sizers and I had told them I didn’t want a fake lol, I wanted them to look natural on me. I’m 5’6, 140lbs and my BWD is 13. The Dr. said the biggest I could go is 450/L & 465/R, my right breast was a little smaller than the left, so I got a little bigger off an implant to compensate for it. I paid my deposit at that moment and scheduled surgery for the soonest appointment available, which was exactly one month from my consult. I had to have bloodwork and a mammogram done before I could have surgery. Surgery day came around, after what felt like forever .. wore some comfy, easy to slip on pj’s and sandals. I saw the dr, he marked my chest up and took me to the back for surgery, at this point, I was nervous .. what if I don’t wake up, what if this or that happens ???? About an hour and a half later I woke up, didn’t have pain, but felt a little bit of pressure. I had on a sports bra and so I couldn’t see my boobies right away. My boyfriend drove me home and he was so sweet and took good care of me the first couple days, he’s an RN, so I was spoiled. I didn’t have a lot of pain, it was uncomfortable the amount of pressure I felt in my chest, but not so much painful. I saw my boobs on day two and boy were they hideous! They were squished and misshapen, my nipples looked like they were going to explode and they pointed downward. They looked square/rectangular, so so ugly. After about two weeks they looked more like boobs. I was back to work on day three. Fast forward to one year post op and I’m in love . I feel so much more confident that my deflated a/b cup self has actual cleavage after my kids and life left me boobless. My scars healed very well, you can hardly even see them. I did get a few stretch marks, but that’s ok with me, they aren’t terrible looking and they’re pretty faint. Would I recommend Dr. Guerra, yes I most definitely would. He’s a great Dr. And his work is fantastic.

Dr. Guerra performed a mini tummy tuck for me with muscle repair in August 2021. Nine years after having twins and a hernia caused by the pregnancy, Dr. Guerra was able to put me back together. I could not be happier with my results. There were some ups and downs and even for a mini tummy tuck I did not get my full results until closer to six months.

I’ve also had eight microneedling with prp sessions on my scar and stretch marks with Rebecca the esthetician working for Dr. Guerra, she’s magical! The time always passes so easily while we hang out and I’m left a little closer to my finished self! While I will never be “perfect” both Rebecca and Dr. Guerra have gotten me back to loving myself. So thankful for them and I'm slightly disappointed I waited so long to start the journey.

The staff was amazing, they answered all my calls and provided me with all the information I needed for my procedure. The office was clean and well kept which was very inviting when I walked in. DR. Guerra was very friendly and informative when it came to my procedure which I really liked.

I'm 23, 5'1" and 110 pounds. I was in-between the 450cc and the 415cc and I ended up going with 415cc. I had such a hard time finding reviews for this specific implant so I wanted to change that. I will be posting progress pictures along the way. My Surgeon was Dr. Guerra and he is amazing! I've had a handful of friends go to him and they also love their results!

Here are my wish pics, before pics and some post op pics. I wrote a caption for most of the pictures! I will update again soon with my 3 week (Nov 19th) post op. Please keep in mind that I did get para-axilla lipo! it was only $400 and the results (so far) have been amazing and so dang worth it! I hope these are helpful!

-- I only needed the strong pain med for the day of surgery and day 1 post op. The most painful part was the lipo healing process!
-- I iced every chance I could get! It relieved so much pain for me. The first week is the WORST but it gets so much better i promise! Every day I see progress! So worth it.
- I am STILL taking gabapentin and the muscle relaxer
-I just had my 2 week post op appointment and I got cleared to wear the compression band for 12 hours. It helps a ton!

I'm feeling really good! I can do mostly everything on my own besides lift over 15 pounds! My Dr. said I can lift more after the 6 week mark. Scars are healing really good, I have a scar cream I ordered on amazon that I use every night. I am wearing the band for 12-18hrs/ a day to help make them drop. I am also massaging once at night before bed.

My lipo areas are still sore and I can still feel lumps of fat inside when I massage (they are stubborn af).
My Dr. said I can get fitted for bras at Nordstrom NOT Victorias Secret once they drop a little more. My right boob is a little higher than my left and my Dr. thinks its due to having a strong Pec muscle. I'm still taking 1 muscle relaxer a day to help relax it!

I feel amazing, they look amazing and super natural!
I have received a ton of compliments and I haven’t had any issues. They are a little uncomfortable to lay on but that’s to be expected. My scars are 100% healed!
