Eyelid Enhancement
In my practice, success is doing a procedure so well that the patient looks good, but natural so no one can figure out exactly what was done. Dr. Lattman is an oculoplastic surgeon in New York City who believes that her patients should look their best at every age. She devotes herself to creating the most natural surgical results.
Dr. Lattman works to improve and enhance each individual’s beauty, not change it. In Dr. Lattman’s hands, cosmetic surgery can dramatically improve a patient’s appearance without changing their unique look. She is an expert in blepharoplasty (eyelid lifts), ptosis repair (eyelid repair), brow lifts, hair restoration, and MOHS reconstruction.
Dr. Lattman also performs minimally invasive procedures such as Botox (Xeomin, Dysport), dermal fillers (Restylane, Juvéderm) and laser treatments.
She also treats common eyelid conditions such as chalazions, dry eye/blepharitis, skin tags and cysts on the eyelids.
Manhattan Facial Surgery Suites is our private facility located at 225 East 64th Street on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Within this elegant center, we maintain two operating rooms, a serene recovery area, four exam rooms and a comfortable lounge for friends and family members. We can perform all cosmetic surgeries and procedures directly from our state-of-the-art medical facility in New York City.

Dr. Lattman is a trained specialist in Oculoplastic Surgery. She is Board Certified by the American Academy of Ophthalmology. She completed her Ophthalmology residency training at The Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital, and then went on to an advanced fellowship in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery. She graduated with honors in biology from Cornell University and received her medical degree from New York University.
In addition to private practice, Dr. Lattman is a Clinical Assistant Professor at New York University where she supervises and teaches the residents. Dr. Lattman is an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and the New York State Ophthalmologic Society.
Dr. Lattman has authored textbook chapters and numerous scientific articles in the field of ophthalmic plastic surgery and ophthalmology. She has been featured on local television as an expert in her field. She has also presented her research at the annual meetings of The American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons and the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
