I just had my one-year post-op appointment and cried when I left because Dr. Rowe has single handedly changed my life. One year ago, I walked into his clinic at just 20 years old with an undiagnosed, very rare birth defect, something that had been a massive burden I carried alone for so long. I was scared, reserved, and defeated But once I met with him, it wasn’t just my journey anymore, it became ours, and I truly felt like we were getting through it together. I had never had any type of surgery before, yet somehow I didn’t have an ounce of doubt. Dr. Rowe’s bedside manner is so special and to be acknowledged. I still remember lying on the operating table, terrified, asking where he was before going under. He placed his hand on my shoulder and said, “I’m right here with you.” and he was! Dr. Rowe and his entire staff handled such a vulnerable experience with kindness, empathy, and respect, all while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. I don’t have enough kind words to describe Dr. Rowe and the army behind him. And to Dr. Rowe, thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

I had been wanting to get nipple reconstruction done on my left breast for around 6 years. My nipple naturally appeared in a three-leaf clover shape (versus a circle) and had a cleft in the center. The appearance of my left side, and the fact that my left side didn't match my "perfect" right side, made me feel insecure. I knew I always wanted to get this corrected. After an extensive amount of research both online and through TikTok, I knew I needed to go to Rowe Plastic Surgery. I had a gut feeling that I could trust their professionalism and expertise. I didn't look anywhere else. It was also a bonus their office was convenient for me living on the Upper East Side. In my first consultation, I was introduced to Dr. Schneider and immediately knew I had made the right decision and that I was going to be in very good hands. She was kind, patient, reassuring, and understanding from the very beginning and throughout the entire process. For the actual procedure, we first started with a surgical piercing to lessen the deeper cleft of the nipple. I had the nipple piercing in for a total of 6 months. Once the nipple piercing was removed, we let the scar tissue heal for a month and then decided to do further reconstruction - lessen the three-leaf clover shape and reconstruct the nipple into a circle to match my right side. The results of this surgery were practically immediate. I had stitches, of course, but could tell right away how much my left side matched my right. I was so excited. I no longer feel insecure about what-was an imperfection, and no longer have to worry about my nipples not matching. I'm very happy with the results and feel more confident than ever. I couldn't be more grateful to Dr. Schneider and the entire staff. Dr. Schneider genuinely cares about her patients and the gravity of what her profession and craft does to change the lives of others. I also want to give a shoutout to Brooke, Lily, and Daniela. These women were so kind and compassionate and only made the already-incredible experience that much better. Thank you so so much Dr. Schneider, and team, for everything.

Most importantly, when I look at myself today, I can hardly believe I underwent an eight-hour surgery. I look and feel great. Everything is well-balanced and proportionate, and I have no pain. The tummy tuck that came with this procedure was a bonus—I truly look amazing. Male, 60, did my first botox appt today in West Palm Beach. Dr. Rowe and team were extremely thorough, patient, and informative. I did not feel any "selling" pressure whatsoever, and the whole experience felt collaborative and extremely high quality from start to finish. Dr. Rowe explained his approaach to cosmetic work and impressed me with his artistry and care, as well as careful diligence. His PA was also extremely helpful and knowledgeble, and knew a tremendous amount. Everything seemed top notch, and I would feel very comfortable recommending a more elaborate procedure to anyone.
