Sammy Sinno, MD

Perfect. I love him. This was my 3rd nose surgery. Yes 3rd. I had one at 14 yo. A revision for a drooping too at 25 yo (not uncommon with the type of rhinoplasty I had done originally. In the. 80s! ). The tip has been drooping and one nostril was much bigger than the other and it was just uhhh and getting worse year by year. I am now 54 yo. I am also paralyzed. Many plastic surgeons won’t even consult with me. I had the surgery in February of 2026. I love it. He fixed so many

As a guy, I was extremely nervous about getting a facelift. My biggest fear was looking "done" or having my friends figure it out. After doing a lot of research, Dr. Sinno’s incredible credentials put him at the top of my list, but I was still skeptical. Looking at his before-and-after photos, I assumed I was only seeing his absolute best, cherry-picked results. I was wrong. I am thrilled with the results of my surgery (neck lift, lower face, and lower eyes), and so grateful to a friend for referring me to Dr. Sinno! He is superbly skilled, and the whole team at TLKM Surgery has been friendly, professional and supportive throughout a process that had me more than a bit nervous at times. I had an instant, easy rapport with Dr. Sinno. At each visit before and after surgery, he has spent ample time discussing my options and outcomes for a realistic,

Dr. Sinno is an exceptional surgeon. I had a primary rhinoplasty with him about 8 months ago and I am beyond pleased with the results and the experience. I appreciated how personable and responsive he was to my concerns, wants, and questions. He works with you to choose what is best for your face and does not just give you a cookie cutter nose, which is a pivotal benchmark for any good plastic surgeon. The price for the operation is on the higher end but you get what you pay
