Exceptional experience with Dr. Sammy Sinno - worth every mile traveled. I traveled trom SWFL to Chicago in 2025 for multiple cosmetic procedures with Dr. Sinno, after receiving strong recommendations from a tew trusted parties. I felt confident that the effort of traveling for my procedures would be well worth it - and it absolutely was. Dr. Sinno consulted with me on several occasions while out of state before my procedures. He made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my choice. It was evident from the onset of our consultations that he is highly knowledgable and incredibly skilled as a surgeon. Located in the heart of Chicago, Dr. Sinno's office paired with the proximity of the surgical center helped the entire process come to fruition with ease. His staff was highly attentive, responsive and accommodating during the recovery process. As to the results - I am beyond thrilled. I am a female in my young 40's and my goal was to achieve a natural and refreshed look overall. He performed an upper bleph, brow lift, rhinoplasty/septoplasty, as well as a breast implant exchange. Dr. Sinno's incredbile skill and artistic eye has allowed me to feel and look like a more youthful and vibrant version of myself. I am rejuvenated and so grateful to feel and look beautifully balanced. If you are considering facial or cosmetic surgery, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Sammy Sinno. It's been almost a year since my rhinoplasty with Dr. Sinno. I couldn't be happier with the experience and result. He listened to all my concerns in the consultation. His attention to detail is amazing. My nose looks beautiful and natural, it fits my face perfectly. I had a boulbous, thick skinned nose. I did a lot of research and even traveled over 3 hours to see him. And it was well worth it. Dr. Sinno is the best!

Absolutely amazing results! It is about 2 months after my neck lift, brow lift and blepharoplasty surgery. I feel I look at least 10-15 years younger than 2 months ago. Dr. Sinno is an artist. Other than hidden scars that should go away, my face has no signs of plastic surgery. I look in the mirror and see the younger version of myself. Other things worth mentioning: Dr. Sinno’s bedside manner, stuff and office. He goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and informed. He is very personal, attentive and caring. The office is exceptionally friendly and organized. There are multiple follow up appointments. You can call them anytime. In other words, absolutely perfect results and overall experience.

I had my revision rhinoplasty done with Dr. Sinno exactly one year ago today. The entire process from the initial consultation, to the surgery, and the following recovery was simple, straight forward and honestly relatively painless. My original rhinoplasty was done over fifteen years ago (by a different Dr.) and left me with a crooked, squared, asymmetrical tip, uneven nostrils and obstructed breathing. I was embarrassed by the look of my nose and it caused me a lot of anxiety and confidence issues. Dr. Sinno was able to accomplish extraordinary results for me and I couldn't be happier. I finally have a natural shaped nose that fits my face. I can breathe properly. And I'm not constantly wondering/worried if someone is staring at my a nose.After my less-than-great results the first time around I naturally had some fears about undergoing another surgery. I worried that the recovery would be harder and/or more painful and that my nose still wouldn't be fixed in the end. Surprisingly, recovery was easier this time around. I only needed to take Tylenol for the minimal pain and pressure. And in the end, my results are better than I could have hoped!To anyone considering a rhinoplasty or a revision rhinoplasty I would highly recommend Dr. Sinno. He knows what he's doing. He's personable and straight forward in his approach. He won't over sell you on expectations or push unnecessary procedures. He's an extremely talented surgeon. My only regret is that I waited so long.

I discovered Dr. Sinno when I was looking for a rhinoplasty surgeon. I was so happy with that I returned for a few other procedures. His mini facelift also includes improving the neck and fat grafting if you need it. I am younger (40s) and after deciding I didn't want filler under the eyes anymore I went to Dr. Sinno for advice. After he dissolved all my filler (this takes months so be patient) we decided a mini lift would address the concerns I had about my under eye area. It would also address the very early signs of sagging I had around my mouth. I am about 4 months out from the facelift and it looks amazing! I found a picture of myself from college and I can't believe it but I look like myself from back then. I looked at the before/ after pictures in his office and it blew my mind how good I looked compared to before. The results look so natural. If you are considering Dr. Sinno for a procedure just go and tell him your concerns. Trust him to come up with a plan. Then have the guts to go through with it! Your confidence will be through the roof and you will be so happy. A few other notes: -He will tell you no if you ask him for something and he thinks you don't need it. -Dr. Sinno is highly skilled with fat transfers to the face. If you are interested in that look no further. He has done fat transfers on me and it looks utterly natural. -Trust the timeline he gives you. You look insane right after the mini lift but in two weeks sure enough you can be in public with your hair down. -If Dr. Sinno is your surgeon just trust that you are going to look the best that you possibly can. I don't think I could get a better outcome with another surgeon. -You will look totally natural. I can't stress this enough. Updated on 9 Jul 2025: Wanted to add some things for clarity: -Dr. Sinno never did filler for me. Only fat transfer. I had my under eye filler originally done by a different doctor. I was happy with that for years but my instincts told me it was time to try something else. -From the time I asked Dr. Sinno about transitioning away from under eye filler to the time I had the mini facelift- this took a little over two years. In that time I had 5 or 6 appointments to dissolve filler and a lower blepharoplasty. I forgot to mention that in the original review. Once I healed from the lower bleph he advised the mini lift to address the concerns I still had about the under eye. The process took a while for me because I had a lot of swelling related to the under eye filler that had to resolve before he would do anything. Hopefully this is helpful to others who no longer want to do filler... it was a long process but worth it.

Dr Sinno is a 5 star excellent Breast Plastic surgeon, very knowledgeable, professional, gentle and listens to my concerns and comes up with an effective solution. Dr Sinno performed my breast augmentation along with fat grafting and my surgery went well. Dr Sinno did an amazing job on my silicone breast implants and I thank Dr Sinno and his staff for making my each visit a pleasant one!

I got a rhinoseptoplasty from Dr.Sinno. The results were excellent, subtle and natural. My breathing was also quite improved and he was extremely good about following up and making sure that everything was okay. Even years after the surgery he made sure that I was happy. Couldn’t recommend him more highly.

I’ve had two procedures with Dr. Sinno (an upper and lower facelift), and the results were outstanding. I wanted a completely natural look with both surgeries, and he managed to make me look exactly like me, but much younger. He’s an artist as well as an excellent surgeon. Trust me when I say look NO FURTHER, Dr. Sinno is the best Plastic Surgeon . He performed a Rhinoplasty on me and the results have exceeded my expectations. My new nose is gorgeous and perfect. Not only is he beyond talented but his bed side manner is perfection. I am 7 months out and have continued to have the best care I could wish for.
