Trust me when I say look NO FURTHER, Dr. Sinno is the best Plastic Surgeon . He performed a Rhinoplasty on me and the results have exceeded my expectations. My new nose is gorgeous and perfect. Not only is he beyond talented but his bed side manner is perfection. I am 7 months out and have continued to have the best care I could wish for. I had my septoplasty + turbinate reduction with Dr. Sinno back in December 2024. My mom and I are so incredibly thankful towards Dr. Sinno for the genuine hard work and care he put towards making my surgery a success.

Every step of the way, Dr. Sinno was extremely caring and made sure to answer every question I had. The night before surgery, he called me to make sure I felt comfortable for the day of surgery. I was especially very scared about empty nose syndrome & perforation and the possibility of my nose looking worse, but I am absolutely over the moon and beyond thrilled about my results and lack of complications now that I am roughly 3 months post op.

Most importantly though, I wanted to do this surgery because I could barely breathe via my nasal airways for my entire life since elementary school. Now, I can feel a night and day difference as I can fully breathe through my nostrils without blockage and without needing to rely on my mouth to breathe.

As a result, I no longer have issues that have plagued me and made my life a nightmare including sleep apnea, dry mouth, and light headedness. My quality of sleep and my quality of life have significantly improved because of Dr. Sinno. Dr. Sinno, you changed my life and my mom and I thank you so much for your help. After lots of research and talking with several doctors, I decided on Dr. Sinno for my rhinoplasty/septoplasty and I’m so glad I did. I was impressed from our first meeting and felt confident booking my surgery with him the day of the consult. The process went smoothly from start to finish. During the pre-op, Dr. Sinno carefully explained the procedure and what I could expect during recovery. He checked in with me before and after surgery, answered my questions, acknowledged my concerns and put me at ease. I also appreciated the multiple check-ups with Dr. Sinno following the procedure, where he continues to monitor progress and give additional guidance/recommendations. I’m about 60% healed now and the outcome has already far exceeded my expectations. My main reason for getting the surgery was to resolve the headaches and breathing issues caused by my deviated septum, but I also asked for subtle change in the appearance and to fix an old break at the bridge of my nose. It was important to me to look the same, but better…and that’s exactly what I got, not to mention I can breathe again! I highly recommend you consider Dr. Sinno for your procedure due to his meticulous attention to detail, deep knowledge and genuine bedside manner.

At 56, I wanted to stop the aging around my mouth and neck before it became too noticeable, keeping it as natural as possible. Dr. Sinno knew exactly what I wanted and gave it to me: a necklift and lower facelift. Great bedside manner, attentive to my needs and questions, excellent follow-up. No scars at all in front of ears, hardly visible at 5.1 months under chin and behind ears. Looks completely natural. Sinno is an excellent doctor.

I had an abdominoplasty with muscle repair (severe diastasis recti from 2 pregnancies), hernia repair and a brow lift and bleph-something (upper eyelid). I was SO nervous to do this - it was expensive and scary to think about that big of a surgery, but Dr Sinno did an amazing job. He made me feel safe through an emotional process, physically I felt he was very conservative and careful especially while in recovery, and the results are life changing. I’m not being dramatic when I say that. I feel like I am a person again, not a body that I was embarrassed about. I’m about 10 months post op and am proud of myself for my fitness routine, proud I did the hard thing (after 7 years of physical therapy trying to fix my abs - I somehow thought surgery was an “easy” way out - ha!!), and so happy I drove 1.5 hour away for the surgery to do it with Dr Sinno. His nurse, Caroline, was also lovely and while certainly not an “easy” process, I’m so thankful I went for it.

As an update, the photo i added was about 6 weeks post op, and I was overweight and probably still swollen. I looked and felt so much better post op though. I have to add more words so I guess I’ll share that when I walked to my marking appointment the night before, a panhandler congratulated me on my pregnancy. If that wasn’t a sign to move forward, I don’t know what was. I was uncomfortable and embarrassed. The surgery has helped kick me back into my fitness routine - I used to be pretty active before kids. I feel better and like working out is taking care of myself bc for so long it didn’t matter how much PT i did or how much exercise - I still looked and felt awful. Again, very thankful I did the surgery.

I couldn’t be happier that I chose Dr. Sinno for my rhinoplasty work this year! From the initial consultation, it was clear that he was not only knowledgeable and skilled, but personable and caring toward his patients. Rhinoplasty was something I had long wanted to do but wanted to ensure the desired result. Dr. Sinno walked me through visual options so I could see what the final result would look like which put me at ease going into the surgery. He also had multiple check ins with me prior to surgery to ensure we were still aligned on the plan. I had a bump removed and the projection of my nose taken in (see photo) and LOVE the result. It looks so natural than in my day-to-day life, people who know me can barely tell the difference but when you put the before and after side by side you can see the difference which is exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend working with Dr. Sinno!

Amazing experience getting a rhinoplasty with Dr. Sinno and his team. He was very thorough explaining everything that would happen and his nurse Caroline was such a pleasure to work with. One year post op and I have amazing results that were already showing within 1 month after surgery!!!

I researched for sometime to find a plastic surgeon. I live in Chicago but kept finding NY and California surgeons online. I thought, perhaps what I had to do was find one of those surgeons and pay to travel to get the beautiful results that I found on their websites. At least three of my patients have been to him and they love him.” I booked a consultation, and after meeting Dr Sinno and seeing how compassionate and talented he was, I made the appointment that day to have surgery soon after. I had a facelift, brow lift, neck lift, and work on my eyelids with fantastic results! I love how my results have this clearly more youthful and natural appearance. Exactly what I wanted. I’m so happy.

I couldn't be happier with the results of my rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Sammy Sinno. He made improvements that I know other doctors wouldn't have been able to achieve. During a previous consultation with another surgeon, I was told there was only so much that could be done to adjust the length and width of my nose, and that I might not get the results I wanted due to the thickness of my skin.

Dr. Sinno, however, was able to drastically reduce both the length and width of my nose and even used a unique technique to thin the skin from the inside. He took the time to prepare my thick and oily skin for surgery months in advance with a special facial wash, which made a significant difference. The results far exceeded my expectations. I truly believe that few surgeons possess the skill and expertise to carry out such a complex revision. Beyond his technical skill, Dr. Sinno is kind, compassionate, and has a wonderful bedside manner. I highly recommend him!
