Between the Doctor and his staff the experience was exceptional to say the least. Both my comfortability and safety were of the utmost importance to the clinic. I came here 20 years ago and will continue coming for the next 20 to come. I'm so grateful they resolved my concerns and problem areas. I can't thank them enough for their efforts and professionalism. Don't go anywhere else, it would be a mistake.

LOVE this Doctor and his staff! Always friendly and welcoming and they all make sure you are comfortable and know what's going on!!! Professional yet friendly. Fast. Nurses are so easy going and he is trustworthy!

The procedur? that I have had were painless. In fact, I won a twist dance contest and I am sure it was because of this procedure. I recommend Dr Karamanoukian highly to anyone who needs a being procedure! Nancy W

I had the Mira Dry procedure completed 4-11-18! This has by far been the best doctor I have experienced. He has very great interpersonal skills and is really funny! The procedure took almost 2 hours . I have a really bad case of hyperhydrosis in my armpits and I have researched Dr. K for a while. I finally decided to go through with the procedure . I am in pain today, which is day 2. I am also swollen but hey if this means no more sweat stain embarrassments , the pain is worth it. I look forward to the results and I feel confident I won’t need a 2nd treatment because my doctor performed a quality treatment session!

My journey started in 2008 with Dr. Karamanoukian, I travel 4 hours to Bullalo for my veins . Professional staff from the time I step foot inside the door to the time I leave ! I’ve been back 2014 & 2017 for more work on my legs . Very knowledgeable, explains everything, staff keeps you comfortable and answered any questions that may arise. I would Never go else where .. I totally trust Dr . Karamanoukian ... Don’t hesitate make an appointment today ! You will be glad you did !

My upper lip is longer, (but proportionate to my face) so I met with Dr. Karamanoukian to see how I could shorten the appearance of the distance between my nose and my upper lip. He suggested that I get fillers to define my lips and make them fuller. I got them done at 2:30, and it’s 5:30 pm right now and I iced them on and off for the past 3 hours. He numbed them with cream before the injections. Honestly it wasn’t any more painful that Botox injections. I am bruised minimally on my left side’s upper and lower lip, but nothing painful. Slight bumps, however not uncomfortable at all. Eating, drinking and speaking isn’t bothered by it. I was in tears of pure happiness when we were almost done and he flipped the mirror over to me. I highly recommend seeing him and the staff at Advanced Aesthetics in Williamsville, New York!

Dr. K is by far, the BEST doc for EVLT and any other vein procedures! He and his staff are very professional from start to finish! I wouldn't go anywhere else! I made the biggest mistake going to another doc (Dr. Buscaglia!) Do not go to him. He caused me unnecessary pain for 12 wks. from an EVLT procedure. Dr. K did ultrasound and noticed alot of inflammation and gave me a bromelain supplement to alleviate the inflammation caused by other doc! I trust Dr. K with my life!!

Went from skinny barely there lips to beautiful full natural looking sexy lips ! Dr Karamanoukian did an amazing job ! He put just the right amount to not look over done but enough to look amazing! Loving my full lips ?? Dr k has always done my Botox , he will now be doing my lips also ! Obsessed with these new ???? !!!

Dr. karamanoukian was amazing! My lips look fuller and more plump but natural !!! I wanted a more fuller look without it looking fake or unnatural. The injections were not uncomfortable and I had instant results. No bruising but minimal swelling. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family!

Dr. karamanoukian is very knowledgable. I had a temple artery with a pulse, it was very noticeable, Dr. K. tied off two ends of the artery and the artery is not noticeable at all, also no scares, he and his staff were great.
