Silk'n flash and go burns marks. (photos)

The photos were taken right after using silk'n on my lower legs. I did not experience any discomfort while using the hair removal, but it starts feeling like a bad sunburn a few minutes after. How bad are this burns? Will they fade? Do I need to get medical attention? -- They looked a bit darker the next day, I'm using aloe to treat them.

This needs wound care and skin lightening.  I suggest you see a cosmetic dermatologist with experience.  Best, Dr. Emer.
