24, Genetic under eye bags - How can I improve the line that comes down to almost the center of my face? (Photos)

Hi! I'm 24 and I've disliked my under eyes pretty much my whole life. They have looked like this since I was a child, and I have already undergone a fat transfer to that area (a surgeons recommendation) but found it did absolutely nothing to achieve what I was looking for. I would like to improve the line that comes down to almost the centre of my face. I am aware that it is difficult the closer you get to the eye area, so I am focussing more on that particular line. I will attach photos of my undereye area without makeup, with makeup, and when I was a child to show what I'm talking about. What would help improve this? Is there a way to improve eye bags that are genetic? Would it be surgical/non-surgical? Is this a hyperpigmentation issue? I use undereye creams and spf Thank you!

The upper cheek region is a major support for the under-eyes. When there is volume deficit in this region for any reason--genetics, as in this case--or aging, the use of a robust HA Volumizing filler properly placed in the cheeks can not only address flattened, volume deficited cheeks, but can provide the necessary support to the under-eyes to diminish the under-eye hollowing. Should additional improvement still be necessary or desired, then a low viscosity, malleable, cohesive HA Filler can be be very carefully injected under the eyes to further elevate and smooth the region. The latter in particular is best left to the hands of a very experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler injector expert. Hope this helps and best of luck.

Thank you for the photo. It’s difficult to tell from this image whether the issue is pigment, a true concavity that would benefit from volume, or a mild herniation of the fat pads that would improve with blepharoplasty. Often it is a combination of these.
Fat transfer works exceptionally well in this area to blend the lid-cheek junction. If there are bags, however, those need to be addressed first.
